Freundlicher Gastgeber der immer da war ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Super Lage am Fuß der Appeninnen. Pool ist für Kinder empfehlenswert. Es fehlen Moskitogitter an den Fenstern.

Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, leider fehlt es an Steckdosen im Schlafzimmer, bzw. es gibt 2 oder sogar 3 verschiedene Arten, wenn ich mich recht erinnere. Adapter wären hilfreich. Es gibt kostenloses Internet. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher kosten 10€ pro Person. Parkplatz: Ein SUV passt gerade so, ein Kombi niemals. Beispielsweise ein Golf oder was kleineres wäre am besten. Leider sehr teuer.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, dennoch erreicht man die Hotspots schnell. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man hat alles was man braucht. Maurizio ist sehr nett und bemüht.

Sehr hochwertige Unterkunft, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Ruhig gelegen und mit PKW sehr schnell am Meer und in den Bergen und Pisa, Florenz oder Lucca. Vermieter ist jederzeit verfügbar und sehr nett und zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Alles sehr zu empfehlen und jederzeit wieder.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Die Gegend ist schön ruhig, bisschen außerhalb und doch ist man schnell am Meer. Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für kleinere Ausflüge. Man ist schnell in Pisa, Lucca, Forte dei Marmi und Florenz. Viele kleinere Städt drum herum kann man auch noch entdecken. Der vorhandene Jacuzzi ist ein Highlight, der alle noch schöner macht. M., der Vermieter, kümmert sich sehr um seine Gäste, einfach perfekt.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung Serenella sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet (2 WCs, Dusche/Badewanne, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine) und wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben. Die Ausstattung mit Handtüchern ist sehr üppig. Sehr ruhige Gegend, mit dem Auto ist man in 15min an den schönen Sandstränden der Versilia. Ein Bäcker mit allem für den täglichen Bedarf ist in 10min per Fuß zu erreichen.

Piacevolissima vacanza, l’appartamento si trova molto vicino a Forte Dei Marmi, in una zona molto tranquilla, la struttura è molto carina e spaziosa, ma la cosa che più ci è piaciuta è stata la meravigliosa accoglienza e disponibilità del proprietario.

Waren im September für eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung. M. ist ein super Gastgeber (spricht Deutsch und Englisch), steht immer zur Seite falls man eine Frage oder Anliegen hat und es stört überhaupt nicht dass er und seine Frau auch dort wohnen (man hat genügend Privatsphäre). Die Unterkunft ist makellos sauber und top Ausgerüstet in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Waren mit einem Kleinkind und grossen Schäferhund hier und konnten es total entspannt geniessen
