House "Furuholmen", built in 1923, renovated in 2022. 17 km from the centre of Lavik, 36 km from the centre of Høyanger, 132 km from the centre of Bergen, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the fijord, in the countryside. Private: natural state property. Garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Grocery 9.3 km, supermarket 33 km, bus stop "Norevik" 600 m, ferry "Lavik" 8 km, sandy beach "Fagernes" 2 km pebble beach 100 m. Walking paths from the house 50 m, fishing possibilities 100 m. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
