Situation: in the centre of Sea-Point, on the outskirts of Cape Town (Down-Town), in the district of Green-Point, below Tafelberg, central, busy position in a residential area. View from the apartment of the garden. Surroundings of the house: garden (shared use, 30 m2), swimming pool (shared use, length 2 m x width 4 m, open from 01.01. untill 31 .12.), barbecue (shared use), fireplace (shared use). Facilities and distances: shop 150 m, grocers 150 m, supermarket 150 m, restaurant 150 m, swimming pool 2 km, pebble beach 2 km, rocky beach 2 km, sports centre 1 km, golf course 5 km, tennis 1.5 km, mountain lift 5 km, bus stop 500 m. Please note, nearby is an ein airport/airfield in 25 km. Delightful Atlantic Seaboard apartment: close to shops, beach, swimming pool, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, promenade, spa etc. Really central for local tourist activities and within walking distance or short Uber ride of the Waterfront. Situated in the heart of Sea Point in a beautiful complex with and African theme. Number 1 Planet Africa offers self catering accommodation for six guests (4 adults and 2 children allowed on the sleeper couch). The apartment has a large private deck that overlooks an outdoor swimming pool. This apartment has a real holiday feel and comes with a barbecue facility and a gym. IMPORTANT: The apartment sleeps up to 6 people as follows: Bedding configuration: 1 x Queen extra length, 2 x Single beds and a double sleeper couch to accommodate 2 children under the age of 12years ONLY. So they may have up to 6 people occupy the apartment at no additional cost. But only with 4 Adults and 2 Kids in age of of 12years ! We do not provide nor allow additional beds or mattresses to be placed in the apartment. The BBQ and pool areas are only for residents/paid guests of the apartement complex.

General info

Cape Town Airport: 24km away and easily accessed via car, taxi or Uber. Shops: The Point shopping centre is also on the corner of and Main Street opposite the bus stop. You’ll find all types of shopping for you holiday in this complex and it’s a mere 2min walk away. Restaurants: There are a huge amount of restaurants, coffee shops and bars all walking distance from the apartment. Mojo market, Bootleggers, la Perla, NV80, La Mouette etc. Ocean-facing Sea Point is a lively, affluent suburb where sandy beaches like Milton and Saunder’s Rock feature tidal pools, kids’ playgrounds and sunset views. Tracing the coastline, Sea Point Promenade is a popular walking route. Heading inland, there are abundant sushi bars, fast-food eateries and pizzerias. African handicrafts, craft coffee and live music are among the draws at the colorful Mojo Market small, busy, family-friendly holiday village and suburb from Cape Town, directly by the sea, situated at the foot of a mountain, in a busy, central position, west from Cape Town Centre. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, grocery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment.
