House "Ki". In the district of Barranco Hondo 10 km from the centre of Altea, 2.5 km from the centre of Alfaz del Pi, 48 km from the centre of Alicante, 6.5 km from the sea. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge, garden furniture, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant 100 m, sandy beach 6.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Cata de Vinos Alfaz del Pi. Access: motorway AP7 ALICANTE - VALENCIA, exit number 64 "ALTEA / CALPE". Then road N332. Railway station in the resort. Bus connection. Pretty, picturesque old town with shops. Lovely seaside promenade. Many international artists are based in Altea, giving the town a bohemian character. Golf course. Market on Tuesdays.
