For shared use: property (fenced), terraced garden with plants and flowers, swimming pool fenced (12 x 8 m, depth 40 - 165 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Unconventional pool shape. WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower, table tennis, children's playground. In the house: lift. Shop 100 m, supermarket 180 m, restaurant 30 m, bar, café 100 m, bus stop "Parada Bus" 150 m, sandy beach "Playa Arenal" 130 m. Sports harbour 2.2 km, marina 2.2 km, golf course (9 hole) 10 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm), Fonts de l'Algar, Castillo de Guadalest. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Die Wohnung im 6. Stock ist neu, hochwertig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie hat zwei Bäder (eins mit Badewanne), ein sehr gutes Doppelbett und unglaublich viel Stauraum. Schöner Blick auf Meer und Teile der Altstadt. Sitzplatz auf dem Balkon für 3 bis max. 4 Personen. Wenige Schritte zum Strand und zu Geschäften, trotzdem ruhig, jedenfalls im April. Interhome-Büro ist in der Nähe. Die Wohnung hat einen guten Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Sehr sauber und wohlriechend. Sehr zu empfehlen :-)

Durante los 15 días alquilados hemos tenido varias incidencias, desde la piscina cerrada varios días, ascensor averiado y sobretodo plaga de hormigas e insectos varios!!. Mala gestión de estos sucesos por parte de la inmobiliaria. A esto se une que la terraza es bastante pequeña y de daba constantemente el aire. Desde luego por el importe pagado esperábamos no estar con incidencias diarias.

Très bel appartement moderne , propre, climatisé, terrasse top pour 4 personnes avec superbe vue sur la mer ! En plein centre ville de calpe, plage à 5 min à pieds . Amazon prime et netflix TV. Piscine , jeux pour enfants , table de ping pong réservé aux résidents. Petit immeuble moderne ,Piscine avec peu de monde , parties communes de l immeuble et piscine nettoyés tout les jours . Superbe location.

Een schitterend, erg modern en zeer goed uitgerust appartement. Zeer goed onderhouden. Erg goed gelegen met mooi uitzicht op de zee EN de bergen. Wij zijn al heel wat op reis geweest, maar qua accommodatie staat dit appartement op een gedeelde eerste plaats met onze favoriete zomerbestemming in Frankrijk.

Superligging en heel net appartement. Ruim voor 4 personen. 2 mooie grote slaapkamers en 2 luxueuze badkamers. Op enkele minuten wandelen heb je de zee, supermarkten, restaurants, winkelcentrum,... toplocatie! Groot privÄ—zwembad ter beschikking waar het leuk vertoeven is met de kids. Voor de auto is er een mooie en ruime priveparkeerplaats voorzien.
