Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: living/dining room with satellite TV and digital TV. Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer). Exit to the patio. 2 baths/WC. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Private: property (fenced), garden, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 1 - depth 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars). Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop 700 m, sandy beach "Playa del arenal" 2.5 km. Sports harbour 4 km, golf course (9 hole) 11.4 km, surf school 4 km, sailing school 4 km. Its famous saints fiestas at the beginning of August and its "Moros y Cristianos" fiesta at the end of October. A car is recommended. Due to its mild climate, Calpe is ideal for Winter holidays. Het huis is veel te warm, er zijn maar 2 mini arcos op 2 kleine slaapkamers. Daarnaast werken die airco's niet naar behoren. Die van boven lekt water. Hebben we emmer onder moeten zetten. De airco onder kwamen midden in de nacht ijsblokken uit, maakte een mega herrie! Alles gefilmd maar interhome doet alsof alles normaal is. De koelkast in de buiten deed het niet. Hebben zelf de bovenkoelkast naar beneden gezet. Zwembad zit veel te veel chloor in. Je zag de afbeelding in zwembad niet eens meer.

La casa está genial, hemos hecho vida en el jardín entre la piscina y el comedor exterior q ha sido lo mejor. Menaje adecuado...todo muy bien, la única pega es que no hay persianas, no hemos pegado ojo, si te molesta la luz, llévate antifaz.

För att få betyget mycket bra behövs följande: 1. Riktiga mörkläggningsgardiner i sovrummen. Man vaknar 6-7 på morgonen…. 2. AC i båda vardagsrummen. Det var för varmt att vistas i vardagsrummet och i köket på övre plan. På nedre plan var det ok. (Finns endast AC i 2 sovrum av totalt 4 som inte är ok då det faktiskts står att det skall finnas AC i huset i annonsen) Annars: vacker pool, fint i huset och enormt trevlig utekök!!
