Sorts de la Mar 1 km from Dénia: Very beautiful, comfortable apartment block "Estrella del Mar", 3 storeys. On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Dénia, 130 m from the sea, 130 m from the beach, north facing position. For shared use: large garden (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (12 x 8 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, outdoor shower. Bus stop 500 m, railway station 2.5 km, ferry 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: club náutico 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Many religious and popular festivals, like Les Falles and Moros i Cristians. It is possible to take ferry trips to Ibiza and enjoy a bunch of water sports. Estuve el pasado año y he repetido. No me ha decepcionado. Sigue teniendo muchas cosas a favor: bien mantenido y limpio, buena plaza de parking, cercanía a la playa y al pueblo, urbanización tranquila, buena wifi y climatización, buen equipamiento de electrodomésticos, ... Los puntos débiles son poco importantes: la terraza, un poco indiscreta y con una mesa algo justa para cuatro, la cocina, un poco pequeña pero bien equipada, la piscina, pequeña (pero con muy poca ocupación), y poco más.

Logement loué 2 fois en 4 ans, nous avions oublié l'état de la literie en très mauvais état que ce soit le grand lit ou les 2 petits adaptés pour des enfants et non des adultes. ... La table de terrasse adaptée pour 2/3 personnes maxi et non 4. Une utilisation de plusieurs appareils simultanément fait sauter les plombs!! piscine agréable, non chlorée et bien entretenue. Proche du centre ville à pied, port plaisance et plage

Es un apartamento cómodo con muchas cosas a favor: magnífica plaza de parking, cercanía a la plaza y del pueblo, urbanización tranquila, buena wifi y climatización, buen equipamiento de electrodomésticos, ... Los puntos débiles son la terraza, un poco indiscreta, la cocina, un poco pequeña pero bien equipada, la piscina, pequeña (pero con muy poca ocupación), la cercanía al hotel Puerto Dénia (con actividades a veces ruidosas), y poco más.

Gut war: 2 Badezimmer, Tiefgarage,, Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Verbesserungswürdig ist: Spülmaschine, Besteck, und zubeachten, dass der Balkon in Nord/Westlage erst die Sonne nach 19.00 Uhr zulässt. Also Nov. ...Feb.nur Schatten und zu kühl.

Velutstyrt leilighet med flott terrasse. Godt renhold. Alt fungerte som det skulle men oppvaskmaskinen var noe sliten. Godt lydisolert, noe som var bra da det var noe støy fra nabohotellet om kveldene ifm deres underholdning for sine gjester. Hørte ingenting på soverom. Vi trivdes veldig godt.
