Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC and fan. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 180 cm), fan. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), bath/WC and fan. Exit to the terrace. Large terrace. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: TV only EN, ES. VT-483400-A

In the district of Monte Pedreguer 3.5 km from the centre of Pedreguer, 8 km from the centre of Jávea, 15 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position, 11 km from the sea, 14 km from the beach. Private: terraced garden, 800 m2 wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 210 - 110 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Barbecue, parking. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station 1.8 km, ferry 1.9 km, sandy beach 13 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

22 m a.s.l. >>A friendly, well known tourist town ideal for families with 45.000 residents, well connected, 90 km northeast of Alicante and 105 km southeast of Valencia. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. During periods of drought, there may be water interruptions and/or restrictions and we recommend you not to drink the tap water. In many urbanisations, a car is necessary. Overall our stay was good. But no information about where to throw the rubbish because there is no obvious place to do so. The agent send us after 2 days of asking where to throw it and the code also. No information if someone is coming to take care of the pool or garden or even change the bed sheets.. Problem with the boiler..no warm water for 1 day.. There was only 1 note about WiFi password and that's it.. Pool should be heated so people can enjoy it all year round.we won't be coming back

Das Haus ist recht renovierungsbedürftig, da jedemenge risse in den wänden sind und stühle fast zusammenbrechen. Ein geschirrspühler wäre schön, oder eine grundausstattung. (Spülmittel, schwamm...) Das wasser im pool war schon recht gelblich bei der ankunft.Wir hätten uns gefreut eine persönliche schlüsselübergabe und einweisung für das haus zu bekommen. Wäre noch hilfreich gewesen zu erklären ob man den müll trennen muss und wo er hin kommt. Das wlan hat auch nicht so funktioniert wie angeben.

La casa esta bien, salvo 2 puntos. El grifo de la cocina solo cuenta con agua caliente y esta suelto. Lo deben de arreglar. El segundo punto es que no cuenta con aire acondicionado
