Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Large terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Very beautiful, cosy villa "El Camino". In the district of Montgo, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 9 km from the sea, 9 km from the beach. Private: terraced garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.
