In the district of Benimeit 5 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 3.5 km from the sea, 5 km from the beach. For shared use: well-kept garden, swimming pool kidney-shaped (depth 90 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Shop 5 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3.5 km, sandy beach "Playa L'Ampolla" 5 km. Please note: car recommended.

Small, cosy, family-friendly holiday resort, in the eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 85 km north-east from Alicante. Situated in a bay and surrounded by beautiful countryside full of fertile fields, small typical houses and farms. Market on Fridays. Fresh fish every morning. Car is recommended. R: EGVT-5-A.
