Private: swimming pool (9 x 3 m, depth 505 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. Stepped path (30 steps) to the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach "Platja D'aro" 3 km. Sports harbour 7 km, golf course 3 km, riding stable 7 km. Nearby attractions: Parque Aquatico 2 km. Please note: car recommended. 1st floor is closed and not occupied.

Location Description Calonge

Small resort with 6'000 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 35 km south-east from Girona, 105 km north-east from Barcelona. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Castle and Town Hall date from 11th century. In July/August there is a classical music festival at the castle. Important golf courses nearby (5-10 km away). Different residential areas are 3-5 km from St Antoni de Calonge and Palamos. Possibility to play golf in Pals, 20 km.
