Cosy, comfortable house "Villa Esther", 2 storeys. In the resort, 500 m from the centre of Calonge, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the sea. Private: with lawn and wildlife garden, natural garden (fenced), swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Supermarket 100 m, restaurant 150 m, sandy beach "Sant Antoni de Calonge" 5 km. Sports harbour 7 km, golf course 6 km, riding stable 10 km. Nearby attractions: Parque Aquatico 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Calonge

Small resort with 6'000 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 35 km south-east from Girona, 105 km north-east from Barcelona. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Castle and Town Hall date from 11th century. In July/August there is a classical music festival at the castle. Important golf courses nearby (5-10 km away). Different residential areas are 3-5 km from St Antoni de Calonge and Palamos. Possibility to play golf in Pals, 20 km.
