Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, sandy beach 16 km. Please note: car recommended. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Motorway 1.5 km from the property.
