Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. 3 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, safe, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Fire extinguisher. ETV/7717

Cosy single-family house "Schnuffi". 3 houses in the residence. 1 km from the centre of Porto Cristo Novo, 3 km from the centre of Porto Cristo, 16 km from the centre of Manacor, in the residential district, 600 m from the sea. Private: property (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Parking at the house. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 3.5 km, sandy beach "Cala Anguila" 600 m. Please note: car recommended.

Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. sehr gepflegt und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war super. Das Meer ist nicht weit und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Restaurants sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr gut erholt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Das Ferienhaus ist super schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Eine Wohlfühloase. Ruhig gelegen, doch ist das Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restauraunts fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist super. Ein schöner Ort zum Enspannen und Erholen. Wir können sehr gern wieder.

Schönes Haus in der Nähe von Stränden Florian T.

Sehr schönes kleines Haus im Ort Cala Mendia in der Nähe von Porto Christo. Es liegt in einer Reihe von 4 Häusern, von denen man aber nichts mitbekommt. Schöne Terrasse mit Pool. Gut ausgestattet. Ein wenig Verkehr an der Straße, den man durch die nicht isolierten Fenster hört. Der Verkehr ist aber nicht sehr viel. Einkaufen im Ort in zwei kleinen Shops (auch Brot und Brötchen) oder in Porto Christo oder Lidl in Cala Millor. Zwei tolle Buchten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Gastronomie nah bei.

Villa d'exception et très bien équipée. Nous nous sentions vraiment très bien,seule bémol, il n'y a pas de rideaux occultant,tous les matins nous étions réveillés à 6h30. J'ai fais la demande auprès de la propriétaire pour nous mettre une paire,sa réponse était malheureusement il n'y a pas de rideaux occultant. Voilà la raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas mis la note d'excellence.

Das Haus hatte keine Mängel und war vollausgestattet. Es war sauber und alles was wir gebraucht haben funktionierte auch. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus mit super Ausstattung. Alles sauber und der Pool war herrlich. Es hat uns und unserer Tochter sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen! Als Anregung: Die eine oder andere Fliese könnte bei Gelegenheit erneuert werden.

Casa Schnuffi ist super Andreas S.

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist hervorragend. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer die Casa auch selbst nutzen. Es fehlt einfach nichts. Der Pool hatte bereits 26 Grad und wurde von uns täglich genutzt. Der Urlaub war sehr schön.

Das ist ein wunderbares Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung,tollem Außenbereich und großem Pool.sehr umfangreiche Küchenausstattung mit jeder Menge Gläsern und Tellern,was sonst meisten zu wenig ist.Die Lage im Ort ist sehr gut,ruhig und schnell Fußläufig zum Strand oder zum Bäcker und zu den Restaurants.
