Location Description Sa RĂ¡pita

Small, quiet, family-friendly resort, in the southern part of the island, directly by the sea, 30 km south-east from Palma de Mallorca, 12 km from Llucmajor, 8 km from Campos. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. The main attraction of the area are its fine sandy beaches, the most famous of which is Es Trenc, approx. 200 m from the harbour. The fantastic Parque Natural de la Isla de Cabrera is opposite.

It was amazing, well equipped, comfortable and very clean. WIFI was great. Host communication was great. Close to the shops and all round feel of the villa was amazing.

2 Bäder mit 2 Schlafzimmern, die Schlafcouch brauchten wir nicht, schien auch nicht sonderlich bequem ! Geeignet fĂ¼r 4 Personen. Die geforderten, total Ă¼berzogenen Energiekosten (EUR 76,35 fĂ¼r 6 Nächte!) sind absolut unverhältnismĂ¤ĂŸig und die erforderliche, täglich elektrisch betriebene Poolauffrischung (im März) mitzubezahlen ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir haben lediglich geheizt, GeschirrspĂ¼ler lief 1x und wir haben nicht gekocht. Ah ja, Licht haben wir noch benutzt. Sorry, nicht wieder unter diesen Voraussetzungen. Zudem wurden die Energiekosten falsch abgerechnet ! Ich warte auf RĂ¼ckmeldung.

Es war wunderschön! Tolles Haus, tolle Ausstattung! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Kleine Kinder muss man aufgrund des Pools gut im Auge behalten! Aber das war uns bei der Buchung klar!

Das Haus ist wirklich schön und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit dem SchlĂ¼selverwalter (und Stromableser) war sehr gut und auf deutsch. Sa Rapita ist ein reiner Touristenort, nicht ganz so schön und recht teuer. Zum Meer sind es zwar wie in der Beschreibung 950 Meter, aber zum Badestrand sind es etwa 2km.
