Natural stone floors. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6), covered balcony, box-room. View of the mountains and the resort. In the resort, 300 m from the centre, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 1.5 km from the edge of the forest, 30 km from the sea. Private: swimming pool angular (5 x 2 m, depth 135 - 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio, arbour, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Public car park at 100 m. Grocery 300 m, restaurant 50 m, bar, bakery 300 m, pub garden, 4 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "Playas de Muro - Can Picafort" 31 km. Sports harbour 32 km, marina 32 km, golf course (18 hole) 30 m, tennis 450 m, riding stable 5 km, sports centre 450 m, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 800 m. Nearby attractions: Restaurante Sa Cuina de n'Aina 50 m, Ca s'Arquitecte Restaurante 500 m, Ruta Arqueológica Sencelles Costitx, Estatua de la Beata, Biniali - Jornets - Ruberts. ...angekommen und wohlgefühlt. Schöne, restaurierte und dennoch in einem tollem Zustand fanden wir dieses Stadthaus/Stadtfinca vor. Die Ausstattung ist gut und gepflegt und es passt alles gut zusammen. Ein Mietwagen ist hier sehr nützlich und ein Parkplatz dafür in der Nähe vorhanden. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht und zwei der Schlafzimmer liegen zur Durchgangsstraße von Sencelles, dass gilt es mit in die Planung einzubeziehen. Der Ort selbst ist hübsch und recht ruhig mit Café und Superm.

Bonjour, le logement très bien, très propre il ne manquait rien pour la cuisine le linge de lit et de toilette. Nous aurions souhaité un changement des draps et des serviettes de toilette à mi-séjour. Il serait souhaitable que les informations du tri des poubelles ne soit pas en catalan. La personne d'interhome sur place a été très disponible par messagerie. Mais à la fin du séjour pour les taxes de séjour nous n'avions pas l'info que la somme de 123 € était à régler en numéraire.
