Private: swimming pool angular (3 x 2 m, depth 100 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:00-21:00). Public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 150 m, underground station "Benimaclet" 700 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
