Equipment: TV; washing machine, iron/ironing board; heat pump heating system. Room layout: Living room/bed room: armchair, double sofa bed, fireplace, exit to the veranda. Dining area: in the kitchen. Kitchen: separate, wood stove (only for decoration). Kitchen/ cooking equipment: 3 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave oven, dish-washer, refrigerator, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, freezer approx. 40 litre. Bedroom 1: double bed. Bedroom 2(outbuilding, limited height, room with external access only): 2 x single bed. Sanitary 1: shower, WC.

Local service charges

05.01.19-29.06.19 and 24.08.19-04.01.20 SEK 14 per person and day (depending on occupancy). Firewood if required. Final cleaning by tenants. Linen/towels must be brought along. Deposit SEK 1500 or € 150 (in cash). Pet 2 animals allowed, SEK 215 per pet and stay (please advise prior to arrival).

Important information: A roof rack is required for the transport of the canoe. ● Distances: Center Höje in approx. 2 km. Munkfors in approx. 9 km. Karlstad in approx. 73 km. Next supermarket (Munkfors) in approx. 9 km. Nearest neighbour in approx. 100 m. Train station Sunne in approx. 38 km. Airport Oslo Gardermoen in approx. 215 km.
