On the lower ground floor: 1 small room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Large terrace, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (3). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: suitable for families. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

In the hamlet Aeschiried, 2.3 km from the centre of Aeschi, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 8 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 3'000 m2 with trees, meadow, lawn for sunbathing. 200 m long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking, single garage. Grocery 2.3 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Spiez" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 2.3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 17 km, sailing school 7 km, tennis 2 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, skisport facilities 27 km. Nearby attractions: Niesen, Niederhorn, Beatushöhlen, Schlösser um den Thunersee. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thunersee. Hiking paths: Kandertal, Simmental. Please note: car recommended. In the resort: grocery, bakery, post office, bank. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 6 km.

All watersports available in Faulensee 6 km. Outdoor swimming pool. Sports harbour. Sailing, surfing, sailing school, canoeing. Golf course 18 hole in Unterseen/Interlaken 18 km. Fishing (permit required). Mountain lifts, 26 km, hiking paths. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes. Children's playground. The indoor swimming pool is closed between 01/06/09 and 18/10/09.

Winter

Ski-region Aeschi, from 860 m. 2 drag lifts, 2 children's ski lifts. 4 ski runs, total length 12 km (90 % easy, 10 % intermediate). Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school. 35 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 22 km. Ice rink at 19 km. Further ski-regions: Jungfrau-Region at 30 km, Adelboden at 26 km.

Die Lage des Chalets ist einfach perfekt! Man ist in wenigen Minuten an den verschiedensten Locations (Kiental, Suldtal, Niesenbahn, Thunersee etc.). Dazu der perfekte Ausblick direkt auf den Niesen und zur anderen Seite auf den Thunersee, eine perfekte, persönliche Betreuung, was will man mehr. Das Chalet ist eher rustikal als modern, aber sowas erwarte ich auch im Schweiz-Urlaub! :)
