Spacious, fully renovated in 2023, comfortable and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room, ceiling height 200 cm with dining table, TV and international TV channels. Exit to the patio. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, Low door height 190 cm ceiling height 60 - 200 cm, each room with 1 bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Marvellous view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance, fire extinguisher.

Beautiful, rustic 2-family house "Chalet Engelshüs". In the district of Wärgistal, 50 m from the skiing area, located by a road. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 700 m, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bicycle rental 2 km, bus stop "Engelshaus" 10 m, railway station "Grindelwald Dorf" 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.2 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (9 hole) 2 km, tennis 2.5 km, minigolf 2.5 km, sports centre 2 km, mountain railway 1.5 km, gondola lift 2 km, slopes 50 m, ski rental 2 km, ski bus stop 10 m, cross country ski track 900 m, children's playground 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thuner-/Brienzersee 18 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Grindelwald.

Well-known, family-friendly holiday resort with 3'800 inhabitants, situated at the foot of a mountain, 20 km south-west from Interlaken. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Bathing lake, 20 km from the resort. Outdoor swimming pool. Surfing, sailing school, river rafting, canyoning. Tennis (6 outdoor courts), golf course 9 hole, 1 another golf course in 20 km. Minigolf. Riding in Interlaken 20 km. Fitness course. Fishing (permit required). Paragliding, summer tobbogan run, long 725 m climbing park, high rope course. 1 mountain lift, 3 gondola lifts, 300 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing, children's hiking paths. 100 km mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground.

Ski-region Grindelwald. Mountain lifts, gondola lifts, chair lifts, drag lifts, 1 children's ski lift. 51 ski runs, total length 213 km (35 % easy, 45 % intermediate, 15 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten from 3 years old. 30 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 80 km. Toboggan runs, partially floodlit. Ice rink, artificial ice rink, curling, indoor curling, curling. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Wengen, Mürren, Schilthorn. In Winter: please take snow chains.

We really loved our stay, the house is spacious, quiet and ticks of every box you search in a holiday home. Good points: - all areas are spacious - the kitchen is well equipped - the house really makes you feel “home” Attention points: - we had a car which is convenient, it’s a bit further out the center. However, there is a busstop in front of the house - the mattress of one of the beds was not super to sleep on - no real curtains in living room, making you feel on sight at night

Wir waren mit meinen Eltern für 1 Woche dort. Wohnung sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet (Küche z.B. mit komplettem Fondue- und Raclettset). Lage ist Top, mit Blick auf die Alpen. Bushaltestelle direkt neben dem Haus, Briefkasten sogar am Haus selbst. Die sehr netten Eigentümer haben wir auch kennengelernt, haben uns sogar einmal mit Brennpaste für das Fondue ausgeholfen. Schlafzimmer duften angenehm nach Holz. Service Interhome sehr gut. Würden gern wiederkommen.

We enjoyed our stay in this vacation home. The place was very nice and clean. We liked the location- Bus stop is 10 ft away. Views are amazing- overlooking the valley, mountains and passing trains. All the appliances were in very good working order. Will stay at this place again.
