Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: (steep stair), 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. Exit to the garden. Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house.

Das grundsätzlich schön renovierte Häuschen mit schöner Aussicht ist sichtbar nicht mehr unterhalten. Küche wäre schön, mussten jedoch Pfanne + Löffeli usw. kaufen. Eine Mängelliste haben wir der Verwalterin hingelegt nach Absprache. Haus sollte vor dem Verlassen der Mieter persönlich abgenommen werden um die Sauberkeit in der Küche überprüfen zu können. Hatte noch alten vertrockneten Käse auf Holzbrett + Kochlöffel, Raclettpfännli rostig + schmutzig,(grusig). Auch der Boden war nicht sauber.

Het enige minpunt dat ik kan bedenken waren de dikte van de matrassen in het dubbele bed. Bij het teruggeven van de sleutel begon de verantwoordelijke ( een heel vriendelijke vrouw) er zelf over, omdat ze al tweemaal een minpunt er over vekregen hadden.. Ze zouden het nodige doen toen ik zei dat het zo was, en indien dit opgelost, een heel mooie woning, gezellig terrasje, en de lift voor minder-validen, en het verstelbare bed maakt het erg goed voor personen met een een beperking.

This is average accomodation. The basement room has very steep stairs and are not safe for older people. I am 76 years old and whilst your website states that there are steep steps, they are dangerous. Quite an old house. Mattresses need changing. They have seen better days. Drive into the property quite tricky to manoeuvre OK FOR A WEEK.

Bien placé, le bruit du train n'est pas gênant, par contre l'accès à la chambre du bas est difficile, heureusement que l'on peut y accéder par l'extérieur. La vue est belle, il y a tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur, par contre les moustiquaires sont pleines de trous et on est envahis rapidement par les mouches.

Das kleine Haus ist schön gelegen auf einer Höhe, so dass man toll ins Tal schauen kann und die Berge auf der anderen Seite beeindruckend sieht. Jedoch ist das Haus 10 Meter von den Bahngleisen, somit Nachts etwas laut. Das Haus ist ok für 4 Personen, mehr nicht. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels etc. hat gut funktioniert. Das Haus selber ist in gutem Zustand, nur ist die Ausrüstung eher das nötigste, in anderen Häusern gäbe es wesentlich mehr in der Küche etc. Alles in allem ein guter Preis.

Wij troffen een verlaten vakantiewoning aan. Volgens de reisdocumenten zou iemand de sleutels overdragen maar er bleek een sleutelkastje aanwezig te zijn met een code die wij niet hadden ontvangen. Eenmaal binnen troffen wij geen trap aan. De slaapkamer buitenom bereiken is niet acceptabel. De eigenaresse was niet bereikbaar. Woonkamer zag er niet echt fris uit. De keuken zag er wel netjes en compleet uit. Uitzicht is fraai maar het tuinmeubilair bestaat uit goedkope plastic stoelen.
