Small balcony, west facing position and north facing position, large patio, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed, 1 car), height 180 cm. Please note: non-smokers only.

Comfortable apartment house, 4 storeys. In a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 600 m from the lake. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Narrow motor access to 30 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Communal covered parking. Grocery 600 m, restaurant, bus stop 350 m, railway station 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 900 m, 600 m. Marina 5.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 8.5 km, sailing school 8.7 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Interlaken, Thun. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thunersee, Oeschinensee. Hiking paths: Diemtigtal, Jungfrau Region.

positiv: moderne Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, gute Lage, negativ: 1) Das Objekt wird von einem Hausmeisterservice verwaltet. Auf zwei E-Mails bzgl. Schlüsselübergabe gab es keine Antwort. Erst telefonisch hat der Kontakt dann geklappt. 2) Die Wohnung sollte 16.00 Uhr übergeben werden. Wir mußten bis 16.30 Uhr warten, da die Wohnung noch gereinigt wurde. 3) Die Wohnung hat eine Fussbodenheizung, die leider (trotz Nachfrage) nicht erklärt wird. Uns war die Heizung zu warm eingestellt.

We hebben een mooi verblijf gehad in een net, schoon en mooi appartement. Je kunt er lekker buiten zitten op het terras of balkon waar je mooi uitzicht hebt. Ook de auto kon je mooi kwijt in de parkeergarage. Vanuit Leissigen ben je vrij snel in de omliggende dalen en bij de beide meren. Op de fiets was het zo'n 25 minuten naar Interlaken.

Het appartement voldoet, alles is aanwezig voor wat men nodig heeft, schoon. In een woonwijk, wel een saaie omgeving. Communicatie met de beheerder was zeer slecht. Geen reactie op een mail over de aankomsttijd, geen reactie op telefoontjes. Toen we bij het appartement kwamen nam hij na veel bellen de telefoon op en kregen wij een filmpje waar we de sleutel uit een kluisje konden halen. De speciale vuilniszakken die verplicht zijn in Zwitserland waren niet aanwezig enz enz enz
