Approximately 15 minutes by foot (1 km) to the train station of Zweisimmen and different shopping facilities. There are 19 steps leading down from the parking to the apartment on the lower ground floor. Living-/dining room with open-plan kitchen (furnished with ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso), fondue-raclette set), dining table, sofa and TV. 1 bedroom (without door) with grand-lit (160x200cm). 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment disposes of an individual adjustable floor heating. WiFi. Das Apartment hat wirklich alles, was es braucht (von Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine über Fussbodenheizung bis hin zu Kleinigkeiten wie Kaffeefiltern). Die Vermieter haben an alles gedacht. Einzig, das Schlafzimmer hat keine Tür und es ist zur Küche und Wohnzimmer hin offen.
