Comfortable apartment block "BHMS City Campus". In the centre of Luzern, in a central position, 500 m from the lake, 50 m from the river. In the house: WiFi, lift, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Breakfast full board half board possible (extra). Motor access to the house. Communal covered parking (extra) at the house, public car park at 30 m. E-charging station. Shop 50 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Luzern" 1 km. Location Description Lucerne

443 m a.s.l. >>Situated on the west side of the "Vierwaldstaetter" Lake, well-known and worth a visit. Historical, picturesque town directly by the lake, in a central, convenient position. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre. Besides: pharmacy. Sights Altstadt, Kappelbrücke, Pilatus. Access: motorway A14 Zürich - Luzern. Access by train Zürich - Luzern. Railway station in the resort. The international music festival (Internationale Musikfestwochen), the "Seenachtsfest" (lake by night festival) and the folkloric "Fasnacht" (local carnival) are some of the better-known spectacles in the town. Worth seeing: Kappelbruecke (bridge), cultural and congress centre (KKL), lion monument (Loewendenkmal), glacier garden (Gletschergarten), transport house (Verkehrshaus), Richard Wagner and Picasso museum. Lucerne is starting point for excursions to Pilatus, Rigi, Titlis and to the Stanserhorn.

Propre et moderne. Petits détails: il n'y a pas de crochets pour accrocher vestes et manteaux, non plus à la salle de bain pour accrocher les linges. Bien situé, transports à proximité pour la gare et le centre-ville, on peut même aller à pied le long de la rivière. Pour ceux qui veulent visiter les remparts, elles se terminent juste en face de l'autre côté de la rivière: on peut traverser le pont de la chapelle, traverser la vieille ville, longer les remparts et se retrouver au logement.

The staff was great and very helpful in answering our questions and checking us in. However, that did not make up for the poor condition of the room we stayed in. When we arrived in our room, it was barely cleaned. There was random hair on the bed sheets and pillows and debris under the bed. The worst part of the room was the bathroom. There was black mold all over the ceiling and light fixtures. I didnt want to use the bathroom because it was so dirty and felt unsafe to use.

We are sincerely sorry for the cleaning issue. This should be immediately reported to reception for immediate correction. In any case, we have informed the cleaning team to do a better job and have since removed any mold in the rental.

Die Wohnung war sehr kalt und es gab keine Möglichkeit Einfluß auf die Heizung zu nehmen. Selbst das Duschen wurde zur Herausforderung, da es in dem innenliegenden Bad fürchterlich gezogen hat durch den Abluftventilator.

Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons dû demander que l'appartement soit nettoyé! A la cuisine, sur 4 plaques, deux seules fonctionnaient; il nous a été répondu : nous le savons, mais l'appartement sera bientôt rénové!
