Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher). Shower/WC. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only.

Chalet "Untertal", 3 storeys, renovated. In the district of Untertal, on the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bicycle rental 600 m, bus stop 300 m. Tennis 300 m, gondola lift 1.2 km, slopes 1.2 km, ski rental 1.2 km, ski school 1.2 km, sled run 1.2 km, cross country ski track 100 m, children's playground 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Elm. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

750 - 2'105 m a.s.l. >>The municipality of Elm is situated at the rear of the Senftal valley, idyllic, family-friendly holiday village, at the end of a valley, 15 km from Schwanden, 21 km from Glarus. All shops, restaurants etc. in Glarus, 20 - 21 km. In the resort: grocery, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 15 - 21 km. Access: motorway A13 Zürich - Chur, exit number 44 "Niederurnen" 30 km from Elm. Then road Glarus - Schwanden - Elm. Access via a mountain road. Access by train Ziegelbrücke - Glarus - Linthal. Railway station "Schwanden" 14 km. Bus connection.

Summer

Outdoor swimming pool 15 km. Tennis (2 outdoor courts). 1 chair lift 100 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes. Children's playground. Nordic Walking. "Trottinett". Climbing hall. Bowling. "Alpamare" in Pfaeffikon, 57 km.

Winter

Ski-region Elm, total of 6 lifts. Chair lifts, drag lifts, children's ski lifts. Total 40 km ski runs, snow park. Ski school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. 14 km cross country ski tracks in the region (7 km illuminated), ski walking paths, winter walking paths. 2 toboggan runs, partially floodlit (long 4 km).

Fijn huis op de begane grond met een gezellige woonkamer met open keuken en ruim eetgedeelte. Drie prima slaapkamers. Wel jammer dat er geen apart toilet is. WiFi wordt aan en uitgezet door de eigenaar. Soms was het even wachten. Geen handdoeken geleverd. Stond wel in de omschrijving. Ontvangst had ietsje vriendelijker gekund. Is later goedgekomen. Overall: prima huis voor prima prijs.

Sehr nette gut eingerichtete Wohnung Die Vermieterfamilie wohnt im Obergeschoss gleiches Hauses, immer gut zu erreichen, hilfsbereit, sehr nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung besitzt 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 davon mit Doppelbett und eines mit 3 Einzelbetten. Großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, ausreichende Küchenausstattung. Die Betten bequem. Sehr schöne Aussicht von Fenstern auf die Berge, sehr ruhige Lage. Wanderwege, Einkaufsladen und Restaurant zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Ferienunterkunft war sehr schön, auch die Vermieter sehr freundlich, die Wohnung sauber und alles was man braucht war Vorort, mann muss wirklich nur etwas zum Essen und Trinken mitnehmen, die Zimmer waren schön gross und hatten platz für 7 Personen einfach woowwww. Danke an Herr S. H.

Die Unterkunft liegt 5 min vom Dorfzentrum entfernt und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Sie ist urchig und gemütlich und sehr sauber. Das Besitzerpaar war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Appartement bien situé par rapport au village (près du téléphérique du Tschinglen, et pas au centre mais à cinq minutes à pied du supermarché). Appartement très bien aménagé jusque dans le moindre détail. Zone d'entrée de la maison accueillante, tout comme la propriétaire.
