The typical stretched Engadine village is surrounded by forests and goes from 1777m to 1860m above sea level. Pontresina is on the one hand very modern and lively and the other very traditional. Great choice of restaurants and bars, old houses and interesting activities. Cosy, quiet, family-friendly holiday resort, summer holiday resort and winter sports resort, in a valley, 8 km from St Moritz, 80 km south from Chur, 170 km north from Milano. In the resort: grocery, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage, thalassotherapy. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 6 km. Summer

On the sheltered and sunny terrace of a picturesque side valley in the Upper Engadine lies Pontresina. For mountaineers and hikers, the original Engadine village is a true paradise, as it is the starting point of many delightful climbing tours and alpine hikes. Finally, the Piz Bernina, with an altitude of 4,049 meters, the only four-thousander of the Eastern Alps and other snow-capped peaks wait for their conquerors. If you dare to visit the mountain inn of the Diavolezza, the “beautiful devil” (2,978 meters), by foot or with the Diavolezza train – relax in the highest whirlpool in Europe and enjoy the high alpine glacier world and a dream panorama. A hike to the Pers glacier offers a sweet rest. Mountaineering beginners who are not yet confident in this difficult “chunk” can first complete a course in Pontresina in the largest mountaineering school in Switzerland. The right technique can be practiced via ferrata Piz Trovat, which is only 20 minutes away from the mountain station Diavolezza, or in the climbing garden Morteratsch. An easier hike leads from Pontresina to the beautiful Val Roseg with its species-rich world of flora and fauna as well as the picturesque Lej da Vadret (glacier lake). All watersports available in 5 - 20 km. Sailing, surfing, sailing school, rowing, river rafting. Tennis (4 outdoor courts), golf course 18 hole in Samedan 5 km, 2 more golf courses within a radius from 8 - 15 km. Minigolf. Riding. Fitness course. Fishing (permit required). Information concerning the Skipass you can find on Snowdeal Engadin, the price is subject to demand, who books early profits from interesting discounts. Ski-region Languard 100 m, from 1'805 m, 2 lifts in the resort, 58 lifts in the ski region. Children's ski lifts. 88 ski runs in the ski region, length 350 km, snowboard slope. Ski school, children's ski school from 4 years old. Cross country ski tracks, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs. Natural ice rink, curling, curling, indoor tennis centre. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Die Wohnung riecht auch nach ausgiebigem Lüften abgestanden. Verschiedene defekte Gegenstände (zum Bsp. Bild, Lampe, Rollo etc.). Sofa zum sitzen sehr unbequem. Sehr lieblos und minimalistisch eingerichtet. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung an ruhigem Ort, tolle Aussicht. Parkplatz ist nur für ein kleines Auto, da ein öffentliches Parkhaus in der Nähe ist, kann man das Auto auch dort abstellen.

Leider nicht ganz sauber angetroffen und ein paar Schäden, die leider unschön aussehen. In der Badewanne beim ersten Duschen am Boden geklebt mit den Füssen. Sofa ist zu tief, wenn man einfach nur bequem darauf sitzen möchte. Stühle Esstisch sind etwas unbequem auf längere Zeit.

Appartement très bien situé, au calme. Terrasse très agréable. Lits très confortables, manque des rideaux plus épais pour le salon piur couprr la lumière du matin. Parking intérieur très petit - 4 places blanches à 200 mètres plus bas sans limitation de temps.

In de info moet vermeld zijn dat de auto niet hoger mag zijn dan 1.52 meter. Wij hebben voor 2 weken een parkeerplaats gehuurd. De slaapbank in de woonkamer is niet comfortabel om op te zitten.

Wir suchten eine Basis für ein paar Tage für Skitouren im Oberengadin. Die Wohnung erwies sich dafür als perfekt: gut ausgerüstet, ruhig und sauber. Wir wussten aus der Vorbereitung, dass die Garage für unser Auto zu klein sein würde. Das war aber kein Problem, denn das Parkhaus Rondo liegt in der Nähe und auf dem Rückweg befindet sich erst noch eine verführerische Bäckerei.

Positiv: - Lage - Grösse für 2 Personen Negativ: - Lampe über dem Esstisch fehlt, Beleuchtungskonzept ist nicht ideal gelöst - Preis waren Corona Bedingt (Teil-Lockdown) nicht gerechtfertigt. Als CH-Kunde hat man gemäss AGB's kein Verhandlungsspielraum. Werde zukünftig nicht mehr über diese Plattform buchen.

Appartamento comodissimo in una posizione strategica. Da segnalare un eccellente Wi-Fi e la pulizia dell’appartamento. Peccato per il materasso non all’altezza (bisognerebbe cambiarlo) e per il parcheggio che va bene per una macchina medio piccola. Due consigli portatevi dei cuscini misura italiana e parcheggiate nel parcheggio pubblico Rondò in centro (costo ragionevole noi abbiamo pagato 140 franchi per 14 giorni con possibilità di entrata e uscita libera)...nel complesso il posto merita!

- Einstellhalle war für unser SUV zu klein. Wir mussten deshalb die ganze Woche in einem kostenpflichtigen Parkhaus parkieren. Als Alternative könnte man evtl. einen Aussenparkplatz einer anderen Wohnung anbieten oder wenigstens den Mietpreis reduzieren. - Maximale Lautstärke des TV war zu leise eingestellt - Badzimmer hat leider kein Fenster
