A ski- and bike storeroom, a laundry room as well as a common wellness-area completes the offered service. The mountain railway Motta Naluns as well as the center are on foot about a 10 minutes walk. The nearest bus station is just a 5 minute walk away. Bus stop "Pratuor" 0.2 km, railway station "Scuol-Tarasp" 0.9 km, underground station "Serfaus Seilbahn" 35.3 km, ferry 18.3 km.
