On the lower ground floor: (steep stair), 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm), satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Bath/bidet/WC. Heating. Small balcony, north facing position. View of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 63, height 200 cm, width 233 cm. Suitable for families. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed.

Writers such as Nietzsche, artists like Beuys and musicians such as David Bowie drew their inspiration from the impressive wide open spaces and the magical light here and they played a considerable role in establishing Sils as THE cultural centre of the Engadin. These days, guests from all over the world enjoy the luxury of this village. And locals describe Sils as a place abounding in life force and natural earth energy. For particularly high values on the Bovis scale – the life force index – have been measured here. Nestling idyllically between Lake Sils and Lake Silvaplana, the village lies at the gateway to the romantic Fex Valley and is a perfect starting point for walks in this light-flooded landscape. Information concerning the Skipass you can find on Snowdeal Engadin, the price is subject to demand, who books early profits from interesting discounts. Ski-region Furtschellas - Corvatsch, from 1'797 m, 12 lifts in the resort, 58 lifts in the ski region. 88 ski runs in the ski region, length 350 km, snowboard slope. Ski school (cross country), children's ski school from 4 years old. 230 km cross country ski tracks in the region, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs. Natural ice rink, curling, curling. Ski bus. Further ski-regions: Corviglia Marguns at 10 km, Diavolezza at 20 km.

Die Wohnung bietet viel Stauraum, die Küche lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, ausser der Wasserhahn mit zwei Drehknöpfen ist etwas unpraktisch. Die Lage direkt an der Loipe und in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Sportgeschäft und Lebensmittelladen ist ganz toll.

Klein aber fein. Gut gelegen mit Volg und Busstation gleich vor der Haustüre, man kann auch zu Fuss zu Corvatsch-Bahn. Super ausgestattete Küche. Bad und Möbel altern etwas, TV könnte gelegentlich auf digital aufgerüstet werden. Wohnung und das ganze Haus waren überheizt, auch bei abgedrehter Heizung noch 26 Grad. Sehr ruhige Gegend, ein bisschen hellhörig im Haus.

Die Wohnung bietet auf zwei Etagen viel Platz (Stauraum / auch Auslüften von Sportartikeln auf dem Balkon ist gut möglich). Der Balkon bietet Morgensonne. Die Küche hat seit diesem Jahr eine bessere Beleuchtung, was wir sehr schätzen. Nachteil: Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist sehr eng (VW Passat Kombi, kein SUV!) und an einer Wand gelegen. Wer vorwärts parkieren will, muss über die Mittelkonsole aussteigen, Gelenkigkeit ist gefragt. Nicht matchentscheidend, aber sehr ärgerlich.

Der Parkplatz ist nur für sehr kleine Autos geeignet. Das muss unbedingt angegeben werden. Er ist sehr, sehr eng. - Ich hätte nie gedacht - auf Grund des Preises für 1 Woche - dass die Geschirrspültabs und das Toilettenpapier so geizig berechnet waren! Lachhaft!

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln - alles Tip Top - die Wohnung und die Lage haben uns gut gefallen. Gerne wieder einmal. Es stellt sich m.E. höchstens die Frage, ob es nicht eine einfachere Lösung für die Schlüsselabholung bzw. -Rückgabe in St. Moritz geben würde. Zum Beispiel Vertrauensperson oder Schlüsselkasten mit Code vor Ort!

The flat is spacious, cozy and well located. Quiet place but close to many activities (ski, snowshoes, hikes, biking for all levels) and services. Included a small supermarket. Only inconvenient is key collection and drop in st. Moritz.
