Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill). Bath/WC, bidet, sep. WC. Heating. Wooden floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 6 + 10 on the property (2 cars), height 230 cm, width 295 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. No lift.

Below Corvatsch, in a sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 200 m from the edge of the forest, 100 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: beautiful terraced garden (not fenced). In the house: sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. In Winter: please take snow chains. Communal covered parking. Summer

Silvaplana lies 1815m above sea level, at the foot of the Julier Pass in the heart of the Upper Engadine lakeland region. Located at the largest of the three Upper Engadine lakes, the town is divided into three parts of the village. Silvaplana and Surlej are located between Silvaplaner and Champfèrersee and Champfèr on the other side of the lake. From Surlej you will reach with the newly built cable railway to the 3’303m above sea level High Silvaplaner Hausberg, the Piz Corvatsch. In addition to proverbial hospitality of the approximately 900 inhabitants, in Silvaplana awaits you a pleasant high mountain climate with dry, clean air and plenty of holiday experiences. In summer, Silvaplana is one of the most popular surfing spots in Europe and regular surfcracks from all over the world find their way to the shores of Lake Silvaplana. All watersports available in 1 - 20 km. Sailing, surfing, sailing school, rowing, river rafting. Tennis (2 outdoor courts), golf course 18 hole in Samedan 10 km, 2 more golf courses within a radius from 7 - 17 km. Fitness course. Fishing (permit required). Summer skiing in Diavolezza. Information concerning the Skipass you can find on Snowdeal Engadin, the price is subject to demand, who books early profits from interesting discounts. ski-region Corvatsch, from 1'870 m, 12 lifts in the resort, 58 lifts in the ski region. 88 ski runs in the ski region, length 350 km, snowboard slope, snow park. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school from 4 years old. 230 km cross country ski tracks in the region, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs. Appartamento dalla posizione molto comoda, arredamento molto vecchio ma ben tenuto, cucina vecchia ma ben fornita, peccato che i materassi siano particolarmente scomodi. Problema principale il riscaldamento, c'erano 26 gradi in casa e mi è stato detto che regolarlo è difficile e di aprire le finestre. C'è una ski room per sci, ma non per gli scarponi. Visto il prezzo di affitto superiore ai 2400 franchi a settimana in alta stagione, si potrebbe fare qualcosa per arredamento e riscaldamento.

Endroit calme en pleine nature, appartement agréable à côté de la forêt. Idéal pour un séjour en montagne et se ressourcer après des activités extérieures en journée. Des possibilités supplémentaires pour suspendre les linges et habits humides seraient un plus. Une nappe lavable, une casserole en plus ainsi que quelques cuillères à café supplémentaires serait bienvenu mais ce n’est pas critique. Il s’agit plus d’une opportunité d’amélioration.

Schöne Lage (sehr ruhig), gute Grösse, schöner Sitzplatz. Schade, dass man den Schlüssel in St. Moritz übernehmen/übergeben muss. Wenn man mit dem ÖV unterwegs ist, ist dies umständlich. Die Möblierung ist altmodisch. Die Matratzen sehr hart. Kein Thermoskrug vorhanden. Etagenbett im KiZi ohne Sicherung, also nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet. Die Treppe zur Eingangstür ist sehr lang, kein Lift vorhanden, somit nicht für Menschen mit Gehschwäche.

Das Sofa und die Stühle müssten ersetzt werden, auch der Boden könnte ersetzt werden. Ansonsten ist es eine Top Unterkunft, welche wir sehr gerne wieder buchen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal für sportliche Aktivitäten; zu Fuss erreichbar ist z.B. die Corvatsch-Bahn. Das Ufer des Silvaplaner-Sees ist auch sehr nahe und bietet jene Möglichkeiten für Hundehalter (ideale Gassigänge), Jogger, Biker, Picknick entlang des Seewegs mit Kindern etc.

Buona posizione,vicinissimo alla funivia del Corvatch.L’appartamento ha anche un giardino che e’ stato utilissimo per far giocare il nostro bimbo di 1 anno. Arredamento semplice,ma funzionale. Data la vicininanza del fiume la casa e’ un po’ umida.Purtroppo il secondo posto auto che doveva essere in dotazione della casa veniva regolarmente occupato dal vicino..Inoltre non e’ presente l’ascensore,sono presenti due rampe di scale ripide nin agevoli per tutti.

We had a great time at Chesa Cresta. Access to the slopes was great, especially with young kids as the ski school is only a short distance away. Apartment was great and had everything we needed. The only thing that wasn't ideal was the key drop-off at the end of the stay - they keys have to be taken back to St Moritz on the morning you checkout. It would be great to see an alternative method like a dropbox or just leave the keys in the apartment when you leave. All in all, I highly recommend.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Mobiliar und die Küche sind in die Jahre gekommen und sollten ersetzt werden. Der 26” TV ist für die Entfernung zum Sofa zu klein. Die Ausstattung mit 2 Spühltabs, 2 Rollen Toil. Papier und einem Bogen Backpapier ist eher klein. Die Toil. Bürsten waren stark verfärbt.

Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, so dass die Wohnung sehr kalt war. Nach unserer Reklamation wurde sie in Gang gesetzt, war aber nicht zu regulieren, so dass sie bis zu unserer Abreise viel zu heiss war. Wir haben uns nie wirklich wohl gefühlt. Der Backofen war kaputt, was eine grössere Einschränkung bedeutete, da wir richtig kochen mussten (coronabedingt keine Restaurants offen). Küche: es fehlten wichtige Utensilien Fazit: zu teuer für so viele Umstände/ Einschränkungen

Schoon en geschikt appartement op prachtige vakantielocatie St. Moritz. Wandelen was fantastisch. Maar er is geen uitzicht en terrasmeubilair ontbreekt. Kunt dus niet lekker buiten zitten.
