Summer

Silvaplana lies 1815m above sea level, at the foot of the Julier Pass in the heart of the Upper Engadine lakeland region. Located at the largest of the three Upper Engadine lakes, the town is divided into three parts of the village. Silvaplana and Surlej are located between Silvaplaner and Champfèrersee and Champfèr on the other side of the lake. From Surlej you will reach with the newly built cable railway to the 3’303m above sea level High Silvaplaner Hausberg, the Piz Corvatsch. In addition to proverbial hospitality of the approximately 900 inhabitants, in Silvaplana awaits you a pleasant high mountain climate with dry, clean air and plenty of holiday experiences. In summer, Silvaplana is one of the most popular surfing spots in Europe and regular surfcracks from all over the world find their way to the shores of Lake Silvaplana. All watersports available in 1 - 20 km. Sailing, surfing, sailing school, rowing, river rafting. Sehr gut gelegene Ferienwohnung mit 2 Badezimmern und 3 Schlafzimmern. Geräumig und gut ausgestattet. 2 kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Bitte bei der Badewanne einen Duschvorhang montieren, damit sie auch wirklich benutzbar ist. - Die linke Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer ist völlig durchgelegen und muss ersetzt werden. Eine massive Aufwertung würde die Wohnung erfahren, wenn man den alten Teppich durch Parkett ersetzen würde. Ansonsten top, wir kommen wieder!

L'appartamento è bello ma ci sono dettagli che vanno sistemati. Uscendo dal balcone si scivola moltissimo, è stata messa la cera su un pavimento in granito, a momenti non ci siamo fatti male seriamente. I pavimenti hanno ancora la moquette marrone, terribile ormai usurata. Purtroppo c'è molta polvere, le librerie, i lampadari e le abat jours ne sanno qualcosa. Gli spazi sono generosi ma è tutto un po' obsoleto, si nota che viene affittato frequentemente. Non c'è la cura del ....

We greatly enjoyed our time at this property on Silvaplana. It was very quiet and spacious with such amazing views off the veranda where we ate most of our meals. We found it to be roomy and in a superb location. We loved walking to the lake and the restaurants and hiking directly from our house. We will especially miss the views!!!!! Looking forward to staying again.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht auf den Corvatsch und perfekter Lage im Dorfzentrum nur eine Minute entfernt von Bäcker, Restaurants und Läden - und trotzdem ruhig. Für 6 Erwachsene aufgrund der Betten (Etagenbetten sowie Schlafsofa) aber nicht optimal.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man merkt, dass die Eigentümer selber auch in dieser Wohnung Ferien verbringen. Für eine Familie mit mehr als 2 Kinder sehr Ideal. N Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder/ Teenager. Leider sind nur 2 Betten der 6 vorhandenen Betten für Erwachsene ausgerichtet.

Ubytování velice přátelské. Spíše pro 5 dospělých osob. Trochu problematické je 6-té lůžko-vysunovací a nízké. Lze nahradit rozkládací sedací soupravou z jiného pokoje. Na běžecké tratě cca. 40 m, na sjezdovky pak zastávka BUS 30 m. Parkování velice dobré i pro vozidlo velikosti Mercedes VITO XL. WIFI nemá pokrytí do všech místností.

Wir waren zu Dritt in der Ferienwohnung und somit hatten alle ihre eigenen Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgerüstet mit zwei grosszügigen Badzimmer. Die Lage für den Alltagseinkauf ist perfekt. Bäckerei und Volg Laden in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen und können sie empfehlen.

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist toll ausgestatet, eine eigene Waschmaschine ist im Keller vorhanden und der Balkon bietet ebenfalls reichlich Platz. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Schönes, gemütliches Appartment direkt im Ort Silvaplana. Einzig die Lichtverhältnisse im Küchen- und Wohnbereich sind verbesserungswürdig. Zu wenig (starkes) Licht in diesen beiden Bereichen um Arbeiten bzw. Lesen zu können. Ansonsten Top!

Die Wohnung ist sehr reichhaltig ausgerüstet. Man hat fetgestellt, dass die Wohnung von Privaterseite ist. Leider hat es mit dem Fernseher nicht geklappt aber die Dame im Interhome Büro St. Moritz hat uns mit einer Nusstorte entschädigt. Alles in Ordnung, empfehlenswert.

Man müsste mit viel mehr Zeit und Ruhe hier ein paar Wochen verbringen, um alle Spiele zu testen und Bücher zu lesen. Die Wohnung ist mit 3 Schlaf- und 2 Badezimmern sehr grosszügig und schön ruhig gelegen, dennoch sind Volg, Bäckerei und Sportgeschäft (etc) gleich um die Ecke. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
