Die Wohnung ist zu teuer. Alte unbequeme Möbel, defekte Toilettenspülung und allgemein nur befriedigender Zustand.

Zentrale Lage in St. Moritz Bad mit Seesicht. Aufzug vorhanden. Tiefgaragenplatz vorhanden, jedoch kein Sender für die Toröffnung. Laute Umgebung, auch nachts. Grosses Sofa, Swisscom-TV. Schränke und Möbel sehr abgewohnt. Betten Sind eng und knacken bei jeder Bewegung. Durchgehender Schlaf unmöglich.

Bâtiment emmagasine beaucoup la chaleur et sens un peu les eaux usées en été. Par contre, il est très propre, fonctionnel, bien situé par rapport aux transports publiques et les commerces. Le rideau de douche et un peu cours par rapport à la largeur de la baignoire. Il a tous les ustensiles pour cuisiner. Peut-être une poêle de plus sera utile. Par contre, le chauffe-eau pourrait être changé. Très agréable pour un couple.
