This apartment suited us fine. It's got a very large living space, big, clean bathroom (except no soap and only one toilet roll) and small kitchen. But there are two things you have to get past. It's full of odd personal belongings. They're not in the way. They're just old fashioned. The other thing is that the road it is on is very steep. If you can get along with these two things, then I recommend this apartment. Its very close to the lake, and supermarkets, and the office to obtain the keys

Gedateerde keuken en badkamer moeten nodig gerenoveerd worden. Laminaat vloer heeft veel kieren en hobbels. Tuinmeubels dusdanig slecht dat het gevaarlijk is om op te zitten en dit bestaat zo te zien al veel langer! Met gevaar voor ernstig rugletsel. Zo’n woning bied je toch niet aan. Suggestie, Interhome moet beter controleren wat er aangeboden wordt!

Diese kleine Wohnung hat alles was es braucht für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt zu zweit im schönen Engadin: Sonnige Terasse, grosses Bett, genügend Platz im Ess-/Wohnbereich,… Einzig die Küche ist eher bescheiden ausgestattet. Das Wichtigste an Utensilien ist da aber Gewürze etc. sollte alles selber mitgebracht werden. Prima Standort. Insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Ottima posizione, bel posteggio. L'infrastruttura è minimale ma sufficente. Consigliamo di rimpiazzare la vecchia e difettosa cassetta del gabinetto che perde e genera un rumore di fondo continuo. Il parquet, di bassa gamma, si sta staccando e necisssiterebbe il rimpiazzato. Ho riservato tramite Booking e non Interhome. Purtoppo le informazioni importanti non erano visibili nel sito di booking. Le informazioni importanti erano visibili unicamente nella conferma d'ordine ... che non ho letto!

we stayed in the apartment for three nights. it was very cosy and had a crossover "70's retro/mountain chalet" feel to it, complete with old timey electric appliances (which however still worked). only thing i would renew are the pots and pans in the kitchen, although they are still usable. location is very convenient and the garage parking downstairs is a big plus. interhome staff were also very welcoming and helpful. all in all a very enjoyable stay.

Die Einrichtung stammt zwar wahrscheinlich wirklich aus den 70er Jahre aber alles ist ganz und sauber. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Piste kann per Ski von der Terasse erreicht werden, was für uns ein grosses Plus ist. Wifi, Starter Kit und Kopfkissen, was früher kritisiert wurden, sind wahrscheinlich ersetzt und erneuert, jedenfalls stimmte bei uns alles. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir würden die Wohnung zu diesem Preis jederzeit wieder buchen.

Es ist schade, dass nicht genug Geld in die Wohnung investiert wurde. Falsche Strategie, die keinen Gewinn bringt. Die Möbel sind unbequem und alt, und das Bett ist schrecklich (unbequem). Das einzig Positive ist, dass die Wohnung sauber ist und alles andere unterdurchschnittlich ist.

Grand studio avec un agréable petit coin de pelouse vue sur les montagnes malgré l’immeuble qui se trouve devant. Bien équipé par contre le four a changé car il date des années 70 et la porte du four ne se ferme pas correctement donc attention si vous avez des enfants. Lors du check out j’ai remonté l’info suivante à l’agence et j’espère que le nécessaire sera fait: changer les oreillers qui ne sont même plus des oreillers. La mousse a l’intérieure est en lambeaux... Malgré tout je recommande cet endroit calme.

L’appartement est propre et bien situé. Par contre le lit est vieux, il n’y a pas de wifi et je suggèrerais, comme c’est le cas dans d’autres locations d’appartement, de remettre un starter kit comprenant le strict minimum : une éponge de cuisine, un savon, un échantillon huile-vinaigre-sel-poivre, quelques cafés, une pastille lave-vaisselle.
