Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 small room with curtain with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed. Bath/shower/WC. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Beautiful chalet "La Poya", 1'200 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, built in 2012, renovated in 2015. Outside the resort, 1.3 km from the centre of Moléson, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: property. Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.3 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop 1.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 13 km, thermal baths "Les Bains de la Gruyère" 14 km. Walking paths from the house 1 m, mountain railway 1.5 km, skisport facilities 1.3 km, slopes 1.3 km, ski rental 1.4 km, ski school 1.4 km, sled run 1.5 km, children's playground 1.3 km. Nearby attractions: Gruyère 6 km, Maison de Cailler-Le Chocolat Suisse 11 km, Bulle 11 km, Fribourg 41 km, Gstaad 46 km, Montreux 47 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Moleson. ...what to expect in your holiday home?

Dear Holiday Guest,

As you travel you realise that things can be very different from country to country as well as from region to region. This is what makes travelling and holidays so interesting. Differences are also to be expected in holiday homes. The type and quality of furnishings, and the look of the property, are normally in line with local standards.
We can assure you, however, that the home you chose will meet the following minimum requirements, provided that nothing in the brochure is mentioned to suggest otherwise.

 

What should you expect to find in your holiday home?

  • Private living area, not for use by any other third party
  • Comfortable seating in the living area
  • Dining table with sufficient chairs
  • Cooking facilities with pots and pans (ovens and microwaves available only if mentioned in the description).
  • Fridge
  • Cutlery/crockery

 

 In Addition

  • Heating is available in properties that are available for rent in the winter. The cost of heating is included unless stated as an extra. In summer resorts, heating or heaters are only available when mentioned in the description and normally costs extra. No heating is available in Italy from approximately mid April to mid October.
  • TVs are only included where indicated in the description. They are usually colour. Black and white TVs are very rare but sometimes are provided and will be shown in the brochure description as «b/w».
  • Fireplaces are for use (unless «ornamental» is mentioned), though firewood normally costs extra, provided it is available, or can be bought locally.
  • “Double bedroom” = 2 separate beds pushed together or 2 single mattresses on a double base. “Room with double bed” = 1 bed for 2 people. Many homes have sofa beds (sometimes described as “double divan”) or pull out beds in the living room.
  • Holiday homes are not normally equipped with kettles and teapots. All homes have a fridge.

 

 Normal measurements for beds are:

  • Single bed: 190 x 80/90 cm
  • Double bed (1 mattress for 2 people) 190 x 140 cm
  • Double bedroom (2 mattresses) 190 x 80 cm each
  • Bunk beds are more suitable for children and can be quite small.

 

 

Parking

  • Parking is available when mentioned in the description and will be included in the rental, unless the brochure description says it will be «extra».
  • Public parking is not part of the rental agreement and we cannot guarantee this will always be available.

 

 Infrastructure

  • Facilities belonging to the holiday home or the residence, such as swimming pool, play area, tennis court etc. will be mentioned in the description and will be included in the rental unless stated as «extra» in the description.
  • Public facilities (swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurants etc.) are not part of the rental agreement and we cannot guarantee these will always be available, particularly in low season.

 

 Pets

  • The pet symbol by a property indicates that 1 pet will be permitted. If you wish to take more than 1 pet, you must check with reservations first.

 

 Weekends and Shortbreaks

  • In low season periods we can book selected properties for short breaks (minimum 3 days) and long weekends. Call your nearest Interhome reservations office to discover which properties are available for less than a week in the resort or city you wish to visit for a few days.

« Prima verblijf »

Het huis had alles wat je nodig hebt. Wel was het stoffig en duidelijk dat er ook honden hadden gelopen. Ons werd de indruk gegeven dat er een tijd niemand heeft gezeten. Het was weliswaar schoongemaakt maar wel een tijd ongebruikt. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien en het uitzicht vanaf het Show more balkon is uitstekend. Het huis ligt ca. 20 minuten van de snelweg af. Hier zit ook het eerste tankstation. De zes bedden waren hard en kraakte. Twee van de bedden (stapelbed) zijn niet geschikt voor mensen met claustrofobie. De woning ligt aan het eind van een doodlopende straat wat zorgt voor een serene rust. In de woning stond een TV, maar er waren geen kanalen voorgeprogrammeerd. De WI-FI was wel in orde, al was de ontvangst op het balkon matig. De bank was raar gesitueerd en stond midden in de woning, deze was bovendien versleten. Badkamer was prima in orde, genoeg ruimte al lekte de kraan van de douche. Er waren overigens twee toiletten aanwezig. Aan te bevelen? Ja zeker, het geeft rust en een ontspannen sfeer. Al is het huis zeker niet perfect. Show less
