"Chalet de la Vue des Alpes", 3-room chalet on 2 levels. Partly with sloping ceilings, simple and rustic furnishings: open living/dining room with dining nook, TV, flat screen, radio and hi-fi system. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. Oil heating. On the lower ground floor: shower. Upper floor: 1 small room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. 2 open rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 2 folding beds. Large patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). IPod docking station. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

La Vue des Alpes 16 km from Neuchâtel: Cosy, comfortable chalet "Roesti", 2 storeys, built in 1953, renovated in 2016, surrounded by trees and meadows. Outside the resort, in the district Jura, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced), lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, railway station 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km, swimming bay 10 km. Golf course 15 km, tennis 10 km, riding stable 8 km, cable car 10 km, ski lift 2 km, ski school 8 km, sled run 500 m, cross country ski track 100 m, ice field 8 km, children's playground 500 m. Nearby attractions: La Chaux de Fonds, Neuchâtel. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Neuchâtel 15 km. Please note: car recommended.

...what to expect in your holiday home?

Dear Holiday Guest,

As you travel you realise that things can be very different from country to country as well as from region to region. This is what makes travelling and holidays so interesting. Differences are also to be expected in holiday homes. The type and quality of furnishings, and the look of the property, are normally in line with local standards.
We can assure you, however, that the home you chose will meet the following minimum requirements, provided that nothing in the brochure is mentioned to suggest otherwise.

 

What should you expect to find in your holiday home?

  • Private living area, not for use by any other third party
  • Comfortable seating in the living area
  • Dining table with sufficient chairs
  • Cooking facilities with pots and pans (ovens and microwaves available only if mentioned in the description).
  • Fridge
  • Cutlery/crockery

 

 In Addition

  • Heating is available in properties that are available for rent in the winter. The cost of heating is included unless stated as an extra. In summer resorts, heating or heaters are only available when mentioned in the description and normally costs extra. No heating is available in Italy from approximately mid April to mid October.
  • TVs are only included where indicated in the description. They are usually colour. Black and white TVs are very rare but sometimes are provided and will be shown in the brochure description as «b/w».
  • Fireplaces are for use (unless «ornamental» is mentioned), though firewood normally costs extra, provided it is available, or can be bought locally.
  • “Double bedroom” = 2 separate beds pushed together or 2 single mattresses on a double base. “Room with double bed” = 1 bed for 2 people. Many homes have sofa beds (sometimes described as “double divan”) or pull out beds in the living room.
  • Holiday homes are not normally equipped with kettles and teapots. All homes have a fridge.

 

 Normal measurements for beds are:

  • Single bed: 190 x 80/90 cm
  • Double bed (1 mattress for 2 people) 190 x 140 cm
  • Double bedroom (2 mattresses) 190 x 80 cm each
  • Bunk beds are more suitable for children and can be quite small.

 

 

Parking

  • Parking is available when mentioned in the description and will be included in the rental, unless the brochure description says it will be «extra».
  • Public parking is not part of the rental agreement and we cannot guarantee this will always be available.

 

 Infrastructure

  • Facilities belonging to the holiday home or the residence, such as swimming pool, play area, tennis court etc. will be mentioned in the description and will be included in the rental unless stated as «extra» in the description.
  • Public facilities (swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurants etc.) are not part of the rental agreement and we cannot guarantee these will always be available, particularly in low season.

 

 Pets

  • The pet symbol by a property indicates that 1 pet will be permitted. If you wish to take more than 1 pet, you must check with reservations first.

 

 Weekends and Shortbreaks

  • In low season periods we can book selected properties for short breaks (minimum 3 days) and long weekends. Call your nearest Interhome reservations office to discover which properties are available for less than a week in the resort or city you wish to visit for a few days.

Die Dusche ist für eine ältere Person nur aus dem Haus herum erreichbar, weil der Deckel viel zu schwer ist zum Heben um in den Keller zu gelangen, wo die Dusche ist. Als wir die Heizung brauchten mit dem Oelofen im Wohnzimmer stank es sehr nach Oel ! Auch die Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern ist prekär Show more steil !! WLAN musste man separat bezahlen ! Show less

Das Wifi ist zu bezahlen, denn es handelt sich hier um einen Hotspot.

Show more bezahlt. Viele Gäste wollen aber das
Internet gar nicht, um die Zeit mit sich geniessen zu können und deshalb
wollen wir, dass diese Gäste die Wifi nicht nutzen auch nicht bezahlen
müssen. Die Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern ist etwas steiler als normal.
Die Treppe zum Zugang zur Dusche ist Standard. Es ist in der Tat eine
(auf den Fotos sichtbar) Duschtüre, die ein paar Kilos wiegt. Es gibt
aber eine Hilfe dank einem Hydraulikcylinder. Allerdings gibt es immer
noch die Möglichkeit von der Terrasse her in die Dusche zu gelangen. Wir
möchten uns für die Umstände entschuldigen, die Ihren Urlaub
beeinträchtigt haben und würden uns freuen, Sie bald wieder bei
Interhome begrüßen zu dürfen.

Das Haus liegt günstig. Aussicht ist gut, leider teils verstellt durch hohe Bäume. Wohnzimmer, Küche sind schön und gut eingerichtet. Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein. Für Wanderferien ein ideales Haus. Sehr viele schöne Touren dank Wanderkarte und Empfehlung des Hauses erlebt.
