Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/bidet/WC. Shower/WC. Terrace, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Marvellous view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only.

Nearby attractions: Lausanne, Musée Olympique 10 km, Lutry 4 km, Montreux 30 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Les Paccots 30 km, Rocher de Naye 35 km, Portes du Soleil 67 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac Léman 4.5 km. Hiking paths: Les Paccots 30 km. Please note: car recommended. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. 400 m a.s.l. >>Well-known town with 160'000 inhabitants directly by the lake, on a slope, 60 km north-east from Genf. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre. Lausanne is the Olympic Capital. In Ouchy (at the lake) is the well known olympic museum. A cable car connects Ouchy with the centre of Lausanne.

Letzte Hausreihe, danach kommt Landwirtschaftswiese... hat uns gefallen. Solange man in der Wohnung und Terrasse steht, sieht man einen Hauch vom Genfersee, Wenn man sitzt, sieht man vom See nichts - schade, das hat uns gefehlt... Die vorderste Busch-Reihe auf der Terrasse sollte tifer geschnitten werden, das gäbe minimalen Seeblick. Wir hatte sympatischen Kontakt zu den Nachbarn. Man hört aber jedes gesprochene Wort und das Kindergeschrei. Fazit: Alles super schön und reichhaltig ausgestattet, aber als Reihenhaus ohne wirklichen Seeblick ist 2'450.- Fr. /Woche zu teuer.

Het is een hartstikke mooi en fijn huis, wij hebben genoten. Maar, met name in de kleine badkamer kan de douche wel wat aandacht gebruiken. Voor bezoekers goed te weten dat het huis vrij hoog tegen de berg op ligt en dat je voor een duik in het meer eerst wel even 10 minuten moet rijden. Pluspunten: - WiFi goed (geen tv-toestel, maar niet gemist) - Mooi uitzicht - Van alles in huis - Heerlijke bedden en banken - Aardige mensen, klantvriendelijk en behulpzaam - Rust en ruimte

Casa Bellevue erfüllt alle Erwartungen an einen entspannten Urlaub. Mit tollem Blick auf den Genfer See und als idealer Stützpunkt für Ausflüge an den Genfer See, in die umliegenden Berge, Naturparks und Seen sehr zu empfehlen für alle, die Ruhe schätzen und dennoch viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge nutzen wollen. Das moderne und sehr saubere Haus hat alles, was man braucht und Ankunft und Abreise sind perfekt organisiert.
