Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds and 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds. Exit to the balcony. Large kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Filter), fondue Set (cheese)) with hatch. Bath/WC, 3 showers, 2 sep. WC's. Heating not available in all rooms. Large balcony. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Multipass included in Summer.

Parking at the house. Tennis 3 km, sports centre 3 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, cable car 3 km, ski rental 3 km, ski bus stop 400 m, ice rink 3 km. Nearby attractions: Monthey 14 km, Aigle 26 km, Montreux 37 km, Fondation Pierre Gianadda, Martigny 43 km, Musée Olympique Lausanne 60 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Portes du Soleil. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac Léman 32 km. Hiking paths: Portes du Soleil. Please note: car recommended.

1'055 m a.s.l. >>Famous summer and winter sports resort in Unterwallis (lower Valais), approx. 10 km south of Monthey. Typical Valais village in the largest skiing area (650km) of Europe: Les Portes du Soleil. Small, busy mountain village, holiday resort and suburb from Monthey, at the end of a valley. In the resort: supermarket, butchery, bakery, boutiques, restaurant, bar, disco. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy. Cultural events Rock the Piste - Mars, Maxi Rires - Avril. Access: railway station in the resort.

Summer

Sports centre with outdoor pool, tennis, beach volleyball, all-year artificial ice rink. Waterpark "Acquapark", approx. 30 km away as well as yacht harbour with boat hire in Le Bouveret. International competitions, numerous festivals in the area in French and Swiss villages. Discover the "Fantasticable" with which you can fly over the Pre La Joux region at up to 100 km/hr and dine in the Alpine chaletsof the region. Outdoor swimming pool. Tennis (3 outdoor courts), golf course 18 hole in Aigle 20 m. Climbing park. Mountain lifts, hiking paths, mountain hikes. Children's playground.

Winter

From Champery, you can reach all 12 Swiss and French "Porte du Soleil" staions on skis with one single ski pass. The whole ski region offers 234 mountain railways, 276 runs with a total of 650 km, snowboard pistes and a snow park. Sports centre with indoor pool, tennis, artificial ice rink. The resort will close on the 18th April. ski-region Portes du Soleil, from 1'055 m. Mountain lifts, chair lifts, drag lifts. Ski school. Cross country ski tracks, ski walking paths. Sports centre. Ice rink, curling, indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge).

Wir waren 7 Personen und waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Einrichtung ist einfach aber zweckmärig und alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist toll. Man hat einen weiten Blick zu den Bergen und ins Tal. Eine schmale aber gut befahrbare Straße führt zu dem Haus weit über dem Ort. Es gibt Sitzplätze vor und hinter dem Haus und die Sonne läuft quasi um das Haus herum. Freundlicher, hilfbereiter Vermierter, der auch deutsch spricht war telfonisch immer erreichbar.

The apartment is spacious and we have had a great time in Champery. Everything in the house was functional and the washing machine and dryer are helpful (especially when travelling with kids. The kitchen is really equipped for large groups. The host was very friendly.

Nous avons profité d'un super séjour, l'appartement est spacieux, nous avons apprécié la cheminée et le sauna, la superbe vue sur les dents du midi, multiples pistes de ski et randonnées, village très sympatique avec le grand centre sportif offrant plein d'activités ainsi que la navette nous ramenant au chalet. Auf den Bildern könnte man schon sehen, dass es die besten Jahre hinter sich hat. Der Vermieter war am Tel. erst sehr nett, wollte auch keine Kaution. Dir Sauna funktionierte nicht, war schmutzig und muffige Sanitäranlagen..Geschirr dreckig in den Schränken, überall Spinnweben Staub und eiskalt. Wir mussten den Kamin nonstop heizen und gemütlich war es auch nicht. Wir haben abgebrochen und wurden vom Vermieter auch noch beleidigt, weil wir kein Französisch sprachen, sehr herablassend war.
