Exit to the garden, to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Bath/WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking, garage. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Multipass included in Summer.

Grocery, restaurant 200 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Les Chables" 1.2 km, railway station "Val d'Illiez" 200 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km. 950 - 2'460 m a.s.l. >>The Val d'Illiez stretches from Montey in the lower Valais passing through Troistorrent and Val d'Illiez to the town of Champery. It is one of the most well known resorts in Valais. For Les Crosets: After easter the restaurants and shops are closed during about 2 weeks. Crocery Shops are only open at Winterseason. Well-known, cosy, family-friendly holiday centre and winter sports resort. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Outdoor swimming pool. Tennis (8 outdoor courts, 4 indoor courts). Riding. Fitness course. Fishing. Paragliding, climbing park. 600 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. 380 km bicycle paths, 380 km mountain bike routes. Children's playground. Ski-region Portes du Soleil. 1 mountain lift, 4 cableways, 10 cable cabins, 78 chair lifts, 114 drag lifts. 279 ski runs, total length 650 km (51 % easy, 39 % intermediate, 10 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school. 35 km cross country ski tracks in the region (7 km illuminated), winter walking paths 30 km. Sports centre. This is a very nice quiet apartment close to the centre of the village. Easy parking outside and the apartment itself is spacious and well equipped. The small armchairs are not comfortable but this is the only negative point. It's an easy drive to either Les Crosets or Champery to get to the slopes.

Mit vier Personen und mittelgroßen Hund haben wir eine tolle Woche im Wallis verbracht. Mit dem Auto ist man in 12 Minuten in Frankreich. Die Möglichkeiten mit dem Multipass sind fantastisch. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gehobener Standard. In der Umgebung sind nun doch einige Häuser entstanden, die auf Googlemaps nicht zu sehen sind. Die Abwicklung vor Ort war sehr unkompliziert - vielen Dank S.! Das Gesamtpaket ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Bel endroit très calme et lieux propres. Nous n’avons pas du tout été déçu et recommandons cet appartement. Le wifi marche très bien, nous étions 5 personnes et avons eu aucun soucis! Le jardin est accessible depuis l’appartement et les enfants ont pu se défouler!

L’appartement répond en tout point à sa description, accueil parfait. Attention au garage qui est très étroit ! Mais très pratique de ne pas avoir à dégeler et déneiger le pare-brise. Très bien situé, à 5 minutes de champery. Chouette jardin aussi ! Bien chauffé, cheminée super agréable, cuisine bien équipée, franchement... tout était parfait!
