"Allod Park C707", 3-room apartment 75 m2 on 7th floor, north-west facing position. Fully renovated in 2017, very modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, cable TV and radio. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Bath/WC. Large balcony. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: apartment street side. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.


Davos-Platz: Comfortable apartment block "Allod-Park". In the centre, in a central, quiet position. In the house: reception, restaurant, bar, breakfast room, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), ski boot dryer. Bread roll service, beverage service and breakfast possible. Motor access to the house. Parking. Shopping centre 800 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Davos-Platz" 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 200 m. Golf course 2 km, tennis 4 km, indoor tennis centre 4 km, riding stable 5 km, sports centre 200 m, cable car 1.5 km, mountain railway 600 m, ski school 1.5 km, children's ski school 1.5 km, cross country ski track 1 km, ice field 200 m. ...what to expect in your holiday home?

Dear Holiday Guest,

As you travel you realise that things can be very different from country to country as well as from region to region. This is what makes travelling and holidays so interesting. Differences are also to be expected in holiday homes. The type and quality of furnishings, and the look of the property, are normally in line with local standards.
We can assure you, however, that the home you chose will meet the following minimum requirements, provided that nothing in the brochure is mentioned to suggest otherwise.


What should you expect to find in your holiday home?

  • Private living area, not for use by any other third party
  • Comfortable seating in the living area
  • Dining table with sufficient chairs
  • Cooking facilities with pots and pans (ovens and microwaves available only if mentioned in the description).
  • Fridge
  • Cutlery/crockery


 In Addition

  • Heating is available in properties that are available for rent in the winter. The cost of heating is included unless stated as an extra. In summer resorts, heating or heaters are only available when mentioned in the description and normally costs extra. No heating is available in Italy from approximately mid April to mid October.
  • TVs are only included where indicated in the description. They are usually colour. Black and white TVs are very rare but sometimes are provided and will be shown in the brochure description as «b/w».
  • Fireplaces are for use (unless «ornamental» is mentioned), though firewood normally costs extra, provided it is available, or can be bought locally.
  • “Double bedroom” = 2 separate beds pushed together or 2 single mattresses on a double base. “Room with double bed” = 1 bed for 2 people. Many homes have sofa beds (sometimes described as “double divan”) or pull out beds in the living room.
  • Holiday homes are not normally equipped with kettles and teapots. All homes have a fridge.


 Normal measurements for beds are:

  • Single bed: 190 x 80/90 cm
  • Double bed (1 mattress for 2 people) 190 x 140 cm
  • Double bedroom (2 mattresses) 190 x 80 cm each
  • Bunk beds are more suitable for children and can be quite small.




  • Parking is available when mentioned in the description and will be included in the rental, unless the brochure description says it will be «extra».
  • Public parking is not part of the rental agreement and we cannot guarantee this will always be available.



  • Facilities belonging to the holiday home or the residence, such as swimming pool, play area, tennis court etc. will be mentioned in the description and will be included in the rental unless stated as «extra» in the description.
  • Public facilities (swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurants etc.) are not part of the rental agreement and we cannot guarantee these will always be available, particularly in low season.



  • The pet symbol by a property indicates that 1 pet will be permitted. If you wish to take more than 1 pet, you must check with reservations first.


 Weekends and Shortbreaks

  • In low season periods we can book selected properties for short breaks (minimum 3 days) and long weekends. Call your nearest Interhome reservations office to discover which properties are available for less than a week in the resort or city you wish to visit for a few days.

Die Wohnung ist für 4-6 Personen ausgelegt. Geschirr (Löffel, Teller etc.) gibt es lediglich für 5 max. 6 Personen. Der Geschirrspüler kann somit gar nie verwendet werden, da nach jeder Mahlzeit ein Abwasch nötig ist (Die Maschine so zu benutzen wäre ökologisch unsinnig). Die Polstergarnitur im Show more Wohnzimmer ist gerade mit 3 Personen noch gemütlich, bei vier ist die bereits zu klein. Der Fernseher dürfte bei dieser Wohnungsgrösse und der Preisklasse der Wohnung ebenfalls grösser ausfallen. Der grosse Balkon ist gerade mal mit 2 Gartenstühlen und 2 Holz-Strandliegen ausgestattet. Einen Tisch sucht man vergebens. Auf Grund dieser Ausstattung kann der Balkon praktisch nicht benutzt werden. In der Beschreibung steht Attikawohnung. Dieser Begriff bezeichnet eine Wohnung im obersten Geschoss eines Gebäudes, im Normalfall mit Dachterrasse. Diese Wohnung befindet sich allerdings im 7. von 8 Stockwerken, also keine Attikawohnung mit Terrasse, sondern Wohnung mit Balkon. Es wundert mich deshalb nicht, dass von diesem Balkon keine Bilder online sind. Bei dem Mietpreis dieser Wohnung hätte ich mehr erwartet und fühle mich auf Grund der Beschreibung auch sehr in die Irre geführt. Der Hauptgrund weshalb wir uns für diese Wohnung entschieden haben, war die Beschreibung Attikawohnung. Show less

Show more befinden sich auf der grosszügigen Terrasse ein Tisch
für bis zu 8 Personen, 6 Stühle, eine Sitzkiste für zwei Personen, ein
Sonnenschirm, 4 Sonnenliegen und zwei Beistelltische zu diesen. Zudem
hat er in der Küche das Geschirr ergänzt, so dass es zu keinen Engpässen
mehr kommen sollte. Es tut uns leid, dass der Aufenthalt nicht Ihren
Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde kürzlich
renoviert und dabei wurde bei sämtlichen Elementen wie dem Parkett, den
Bodenplatten, den Badarmaturen und den Küchengeräten sowie den Betten
und Matratzen Wert auf hochstehende Qualität gelegt und auf eine
stilvolle Gestaltung geachtet. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie trotz der
Unannehmlichkeiten wieder zu sehen.

The apartment was lightly furnished, but was sufficient for needs. It has an extensive terrace outside. Kitchen well equipped. 5-10 minute walk to Congress Center through adjoining park. Received conflicting information about check-in times, but was able to check in at 14:00 on day of arrival. Show more The receptionist (XXX) was ready for us with check-in information and Davos Travel cards, which were very useful for getting around town and up into the mountains. The restaurant on the first floor of the building serves food from a Swiss menu and we ate there twice and found the food good. Show less

Zimmer links, Türgriff los, Heizkörper kalt, Tür zur Terrasse sehr streng. Abfluss bei Tusche ungenügend, Lavabo ebenfalls. Fwernseher klein. Ein wenig mehr Geschirr und Besteck wäre schön.
