In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Narrow motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 300 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Sedrun, Tgèsa Communala" 600 m, railway station "Sedrun" 300 m, indoor swimming pool 20 m, natural swimming pond 2 km. Golf course (9 hole) 3 km, tennis 250 m, walking paths from the house 20 m, ski lift, skisport facilities, slopes, ski rental, ski school 200 m, cross country ski track 300 m, ice rink 500 m, children's playground 100 m. Nearby attractions: Rodelbahn Caischavedra 8 km, Hängebrücke La Pendenta 8 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Arena Andermatt/Sedrun/Disentis. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Bogn Sedrun: wellness, spa, sauna at 20m.

1'401 - 1'730 m a.s.l. >>Historical, idyllic, family-friendly village and holiday village with 1'401 inhabitants, in the south-eastern part, in a valley, in an idyllic position, 73 km west from Chur. All shops, restaurants etc. in Ilanz, 40 km. In the resort: supermarket, shops, grocery, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, museum, attractions. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Besides: pharmacy 8.5 km, doctor. Access: motorway A13 Zürich - Chur, exit number "Reichenau" 60 km from Sedrun. Then road A19 Ilanz - Disentis/Mustér - Sedrun. Public parking free in Sedrun Gemeindehaus. Access by train Chur - Disentis/Mustér - Sedrun. Railway station in the resort. Ilanz Spital 39 km.

Ski-region Andermatt/Sedrun/Disentis, from 1'703 m, total of 32 lifts. Total 180 km ski runs, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school from 2 years old. 1.5 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 55 km. 2 toboggan runs, partially floodlit. Artificial ice rink, curling. Further ski-regions: Waltensburg-Brigels-Andiast at 32 km, Weisse Arena Flims/Laax at 46 km. In Winter: please take snow chains.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, das Badezimmer neu und modern. Tolle Lage nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und Kinderskiland. Hallenbad/Spa direkt gegenüber der Wohnung. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich gut, nahe am Bahnhof und zum Skigebiet Valtgeva. Selbst unsere 3 jährige Tochter konnte dies gut zu Fuss bewältigen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich Eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft mit kurzem Weg zum Bahnhof und zu der Seibahn. Optimal gelegen um direkt vom Haus aus zu herrlichen Wanderungen zu starten. Auch der Weg zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort ist kurz. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und mit Sorgfalt ausgesucht. Lediglich eine Suppenkelle hat gefehlt.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Übergabe verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Der Standort ist sehr gut, nähe Bahnhof und sehr ruhig. Vis avi ist ein Hallenbad mit Spa und Wellness. Schade das dass Hallenbad nicht offen war wegen Covid 19. Wir könnten die Ferien sehr geniessen. Fam. B. R.
