Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, steamer, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC. Large balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Trin 5 km from Flims: Cosy apartment house "Casa Crap Sogn Barcazi", 876 m a.s.l., 4 storeys. In the resort, in a central, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 6 km from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Trin, Dorf" 400 m. Skisport facilities 6 km, slopes 6 km, ski school 6 km, cross country ski track 3 km. Nearby attractions: Ruinalta/Rheinschlucht, Aussichtsplattform Il Spir, UNESCO-Welterbe Tektonikarena Sardona. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Weisse Arena Flims/Laax. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Caumesee, Crestasee. Hiking paths: UNESCO-Welterbe Tektonikarena Sardona, Ruinalta/Rheinschlucht, Hochebene Bargis.

All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium. Access: motorway A13 Chur - San Bernardino, exit number 18 "Reichenau". Then. Access via a mountain road. Railway station "Reichenau-Tamins" 10 km. Bus connection. The distance between Flims and Laax is 6 km. Different offers with the guest card.

Goed ingericht appartement Jacobus V.

Het geavanceerde koffiezetapparaat biedt geen mogelijkheid om een pot koffie te maken. De deuren van de slaap- en badkamer klemmen heel erg! De ligging aan doodlopende weg suggereerde rust, maar de onderlangs lopende weg wordt druk bereden. Er is slechts één kleine verplichte afvalzak aanwezig. Onduidelijk hoe je een tweede kunt verkrijgen. De instructies om de sleutel uit het onhandige kluisje in de lage brievenbus te halen zijn onduidelijk verkregen via de telefoon.

It was our pleasure to welcome you and we took note of the suggestions for improvements. The bedroom and bathroom doors are now fixed. There is a new filter coffee machine in the kitchen. As for instructions about general care for the rental(Ex: where to get extra bin liners), please refer to the guest handbook in the house.
