Exit to the patio, east facing position and south facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Natural stone floors. Garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Private: natural state property 300 m2, meadow. 150 m long very bumpy motor access (via unmade road, mountain road). Parking at the house. Shop 5 km, supermarket 9 km, restaurant 4 km, bakery 17 km, bicycle rental 7 km, railway station "Biasca" 24 km, outdoor swimming pool 45 km. Riding stable 4 km, chair lift 1 km. 390 - 1'400 m a.s.l. >>The Blenio valley runs from Biasca to Lukmanier. Lukmanier pass is sometimes closed in winter. Note: only with winter equipment. Infos under the telephone number 163. Clean water, imposing mountains, a variety of flora, romantic chapels, valuable frescos, 3 museums, patrician houses and rural hamlets are typical characteristics of the valley. From Malvaglia cable car up to Dagro (1413 m), where there is a sunny terrace with a wonderful view of the entire valley. In Leontica, a chair lift leads to the 2123 m of the "Nara'" heights, ski area in winter. Located in alpine parklands, Campra is the best cross-country skiing area in Ticino. Restaurants and the typical Grotti Ticinesi in Biasca, Malvaglia, Semione, Ludiano and Dötra. Winter and Summer Resort. Summer holiday resort. Access: motorway A2 Basel - Chiasso, exit number 44 "Biasca".

Walking, hiking trekking, mountain bike routes and bathing. Guided tours, riding, canyoning, climbing and paragliding. Mountain lifts, cableways, children's hiking paths. Mountain bikes for hire.

Winter

In winter the valley Blenio is a must. Ski-region Nara/Campo Blenio/Campra. 2 chair lifts, 6 drag lifts, 1 children's ski lift. 10 ski runs in the ski region, length 60 km, snowboard slope, snow park. Children's ski school. Cross country ski tracks, winter walking paths. Further ski-regions: Airolo.

Traumhafte und ruhige Lage. Ideal zum wandern.

Das Haus ist herrlich, die Aussicht atemberaubend. Man ist ausreichend ab vom Schuss und doch im Zentrum von vielen schönen Ausflügen. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort - ging super. Der Aussenbereich ist toll zum Spielen, auch mit dem Brunnen. Das Haus bietet alles nötige und ist sehr gemütlich. Wir waren viel wandern unterwegs. Es gibt tolle Touren im Radius von 30-50 Min. Fahrtzeit. Und auch Baden kann man toll im Flussbett. Also rundherum zu empfehlen!

Wir waren überglücklich,ein so schönes eingerichtet Rustico..sauber,sehr gut gelegen. Das Wetter war auch auf unserer Seite...mein 70zigster Geburtstag mit meinem Mann sehr schön verbracht...

Das Rustico bietet alles was man für gemütliche und entspannte (Familien)Ferien in benötigt. Der Platz ist natürlich begrenzt aber mit zwei Kindern völlig ausreichend. Die Einrichtung ist wirklich schön gestaltet und war sehr sauber. Die Internetverbindung lässt zu wünschen übrig aber dafür geht man nicht in ein Rustico. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Sehr schöner Platz, wunderbare Aussicht und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einzig waren die Nachbarn die etwas störten, da diese direkt hinter dem Haus leben.

Het huisje is klein, maar fijn! Aan alles is gedacht. Je hoeft alleen wat eten en drinken mee te nemen, maar verder kun je zorgeloos genieten op grote hoogte met een onwijs mooi uitzicht.
