Location Description Ascona

196 m a.s.l. >>Ascona is the lowest-lying town in Switzerland. It lies 196 metres above sea level on the northern shore of Lake Maggiore. Ascona is famous for its old town, the southern lakeside promenade with its street cafés and its mild climate. In Ascona's old town centre, Borgo, lies the impressive church of San Pietro e Paolo, a pillared basilica from the 16th century, whose high bell tower is the landmark of the holiday resort. The branching old town streets lead to the car-free lakeside promenade with charming street cafés. Above Ascona lies Monte Verità, the mountain of truth. Here, lateral thinkers founded a colony at the beginning of the 20th century, which attracted celebrities from all over the world. Wohnung angenehm. (Küchenutensilien: gutes Küchenmesser und Gummischaber fehlten) 2) Parkgarage die im Hause war besetzt, man müsste wirklich den Kunden informieren, dass er zur richtigen Zeit die Garage verlässt !

Die Wohnung ist nah Zentrums Ascona, in einem ruhigen Viertel. Das Bett ist gut und man hat in der Küche das nötigste vorhanden. Wir haben eine Mikrowelle stark vermisst.

War alles in Ordnung. Da sich die Wohnung im ersten Stock befand, konnte man nichts am Boden liegen lassen, sonst kamen die Ameisen! Ansonsten war ich zufrieden.

Leider war die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin eher schwierig. auf einige Anfragen kam keine Antwort. desweiteren war der Parkplatz vorerst nicht verfügbar (wurde aber von mir gebucht). Ich war 3 Tage dort und musste am Tag 2 morgens zwischen 08.00-10.00 im büro vorbei. (da Gastgeberin nicht anwesend am Tag der Anreise, somit nichts von ausschlafen. Das Appartment war sehr sauber, jedoch ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Zudem leider sehr ringhörig! Lage TOP! Preise für Parkplatz und Hund bei Buchung NICHT ersichtlich.. musste vor Ort noch einmal knapp 50.- zusätzlich bezahlen... darum nur 3 Sterne..
