Comfortable and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room with 1 sofabed (90 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and wood-burning stove. Exit to the balcony, to the patio. Open kitchen in the entrance (oven, Gas stove, 4 gas rings). On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), Scandinavian wood stove. Exit to the garden. Shower/WC. Wood heating. Small balcony, south facing position. Barbecue, deck chairs (1), sitting area. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Unloading and loading possible 60 m from the house. In the hamlet of Pimpisnino there is almost no parking space, 600m further up the road there are limited parking spaces, this is where the hiking paradise begins! NO electrical devices may be used. Private: natural state property. Patio, fireplace. 60 m long motor access to the grounds. 34 m footpath (22 steps) to the house. Public parking 600 m on the road. Grocery 7.2 km, restaurant 7.2 km, bakery 7.2 km, railway station "SBB-CFF" 17.7 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Brissago Inseln, Falconeria Locarno, Mercato Cannobio IT. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Mqggiore, Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Bosco Sacro di Mergugno, Monti di Brissago, Cardada. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Animals in the neighbourhood. ,Important info: The house is ideal for nature lovers, hiking, - and bike friends! Power is supplied by a solar panel. Stove, refrigerator and heating boiler are powered by gas. Wood heating. Electrical appliances over 250W can not be operated. Important note to consider: 7.2 Km mountain road from Brissago to the hamlet of Pimpisino, real time about 20 min.

218 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, idyllic resort directly by the Lago Maggiore, 12 km from Locarno, 4 km from italienischer Grenze, 9 km from Ascona. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Opposite Brissago there are 2 islands, one of which has been transformed into botanical gardens. Very moderate, pleasent climate.

Sehr schönes Haus mit einer super Sicht über den Lago Maggiore. Sauber, gut gepflegt, Balkon und Terrassen. Direkt am Wanderweg. Parken ist, entgegen der Beschreibung, vor dem Haus möglich.

Das Haus verfügt über alles was man benötigt! Die Anfahrt dauert etwas ca gute 20 Minuten bis man oben ist, aber wer die Ruhe liebt und gern mal von Stadttreiben weg ist, ist dort genau richtig

Pro: Kundenservice war perfekt, alles hat super geklappt. Einrichtung war gut, es hat nichts gefehlt. Contra: Die Lage war abgelegener als beschrieben und keine Parkmöglichkeit „vor“ dem Haus. Der öffentliche Parkplatz doch sehr weit entfernt ist. Für diesen Mietpreis sollte das Auto vor dem Haus abgestellt werden können.\n\n
