218 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, idyllic resort directly by the Lago Maggiore, 12 km from Locarno, 4 km from italienischer Grenze, 9 km from Ascona. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Opposite Brissago there are 2 islands, one of which has been transformed into botanical gardens. Very moderate, pleasent climate.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön gelegen und es ist sehr ruhig. Nur fühlten wir uns nicht willkommen. Es gab diverse Unklarheiten, da die Wohnung auch privat genutzt wird. Gegenstände, bei denen unklar war, ob sie genutzt werden dürfen oder nicht... Es fühlte sich an, als ob die Eigentümer eigentlich gar nicht vermieten wollen...

Es ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit gutem Standard, gepflegt. Genügend Platz. Beschwerlich sind die vielen Treppen, wenn jemand nicht gut zu Fuss ist. Auch gibt es keine Mückengitter und Mückenspray sowie Kerzen scheinen keine Wirkung zu haben. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert. Würden sofort wieder hingehen.

Die Aussicht auf den See ist sagenhaft. Das Haus hat eine schöne Atmosphäre und hochwertig, teils mit Bodenheizung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Als Reihenhaus so geschickt gebaut, dass man das Gefühl hat, allein zu sein und wenig mit den nachbarn zu tun zu haben.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Balkon mit Blick auf See u. Berge. Haben mehrmals gekocht hatten nicht unbedingt den Wunsch auswärts zu Essen. Sehr ruhig und Erholung pur.
