On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the garden, to the patio. Shower/WC. Electric heating, wood heating, boiler (200 litres). Natural stone floors. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), sitting area. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Fire extinguisher. Ideal for families, nature lovers. Highly recommended to arrive by car, bus stop of line 135 is 1.8km away. NL-00003832

Private: natural state property, garden (not fenced), meadow. Patio, garden furniture. Narrow motor access to the house (1.8 km mountain road). 60 m footpath to the house. Parking at the house, in winter 60 m. Supermarket 6.5 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 6.5 km, bus stop "Linie 135" 1.8 km, railway station "Biasca SBB-CFF" 31 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Castelli di Bellinzona (UNESCO), Mercato 49 km, Castello di Serravalle 20 km, Museo della Valle di Blenio 12.3 km, Archivio Fotografico Donetta 19.2 km, Chiesa di S. Location Description Valle di Blenio

390 - 1'400 m a.s.l. >>The Blenio valley runs from Biasca to Lukmanier. Lukmanier pass is sometimes closed in winter. Note: only with winter equipment. Infos under the telephone number 163. Clean water, imposing mountains, a variety of flora, romantic chapels, valuable frescos, 3 museums, patrician houses and rural hamlets are typical characteristics of the valley. From Malvaglia cable car up to Dagro (1413 m), where there is a sunny terrace with a wonderful view of the entire valley. In Leontica, a chair lift leads to the 2123 m of the "Nara'" heights, ski area in winter. Located in alpine parklands, Campra is the best cross-country skiing area in Ticino. Restaurants and the typical Grotti Ticinesi in Biasca, Malvaglia, Semione, Ludiano and Dötra. Winter and Summer Resort. Summer holiday resort. Access: motorway A2 Basel - Chiasso, exit number 44 "Biasca".

Summer

Walking, hiking trekking, mountain bike routes and bathing. Guided tours, riding, canyoning, climbing and paragliding. Mountain lifts, cableways, children's hiking paths. Mountain bikes for hire.

Winter

In winter the valley Blenio is a must. Ski-region Nara/Campo Blenio/Campra. 2 chair lifts, 6 drag lifts, 1 children's ski lift. 10 ski runs in the ski region, length 60 km, snowboard slope, snow park. Children's ski school. Cross country ski tracks, winter walking paths. Further ski-regions: Airolo.

Das Rustico übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Die Bilder entsprechen total der Realität, man könnte sagen es ist noch besser. Es war alles äußerst sauber und durch die Oberlichtfenster schön sonnendurchflutet.der Parkplatz war ca.70 Meter entfernt. Die Lage, die Aussicht ,die Ruhe einfach himmlisch.

Selten so ein sauberes Ferienhaus bereist. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Hinterm Haus konnte man sofort los wandern, das war super. Nur den Gartentisch konnten wir nicht wieder ordnungsgemäß verstauen, das Grundstück war erst kurz vor unserer Ankunft frei geschnitten worden und die Tür der Gartenhütte klemmte. Aber der Platz wird hoffentlich noch genutzt dieses Jahr, dort scheint den ganzen Tag die Sonne. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
