Die Wohnung im 4. Stock ist hell und freundlich und gut gepflegt. Der Blick vom Balkon geht direkt zu den Baumwipfeln des Gartens. Es sind viele Vogelstimmen zu hören. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Zum Einkaufen, zum Bus, oder direkt zum See sind nur wenige Gehminuten.
