Small, open kitchen (4 hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) extra). Bath/bidet/WC. Heating. Balcony 7 m2. Balcony furniture. View of the countryside and the resort. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. NL-00003628

Shop 400 m, grocery 200 m, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 50 m, café, bus stop "Via Molinazzo-LINIE 3" 100 m, railway station "Lugano FFS-SBB" 2.7 km, outdoor swimming pool 600 m, lake Lago di Lugano 600 m. Tennis 600 m. Nearby attractions: Gandria-Porlezza, Swissminiatur, Melide, Casinò, Campione d'Italia, Mercato Ponte Tresa IT, Mercato Como IT. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como, Lago Maggiore. Hiking paths: Monte Bré, San Salvatore-Alpe Vicania, Morcote, Monte Generoso, Monte Tamaro, Monte Lema. Please note: not suitable for small children.

Location Description Lugano

272 m a.s.l. >>Large, well-known town directly by the Lago di Lugano. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre. Lugano is celebrated for its congress, the banks, the businesses and also for its flowers, its villas and its moderate climate. Is has lush vegetation and beautiful landscapes. The mixture of the Italian atmosphere and Swiss efficiency is captivating. The historical town centre, which is pedestrian only is inviting with it's various arcades, museums, boutiques and restaurants. It is also a great place to sit, relax and watch the world go by. Good starting point for trips to: San Salvatore and the Mountain Bre (mountain railway) or towards the lake. Fete in October.

Sehr gemütliches Studio, nah am See und einen gemütlichen Spaziergang von 15 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Uebergabe wurde von Frau M. sehr freundlich und professionell durchgeführt. War alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Einzige das ich ändern würde wäre das Bett. Stellt doch ein richtiges Doppelbett rein. das Auseinanderdriften der Einzelbetten stört extrem beim .. àhh Schlafen.

Bettinhalt mangelhaft, Matratze zu weich und kaputte feder am Rücken,Kopfkissen und Duvet sehr flach.Könnte man verbessern. Balkon konnte nicht betreten werden,auch war kein Tisch und Stühle auf dem Balkon.Baustelle.Gäste Schrank mangelhaft. Dafür fanden wir die Betreuerin,sehr kompetent und zuvorkommend ,hat uns alles sehr gut erklärt. Sehr schön war,dass Wasser und Kaffe ,Tee Zucker da war,und eine Stange Mon Cherie Die Lage ist super.wäre schön wenn die mangelhafte Bettinhalte gewechselt wird
