Private: large, beautiful garden 200 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with shutter cover and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system, air conditioning. Stepped path (6 steps) to the house. Grocery 800 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 800 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 19 km, minigolf 2.2 km, walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Mercato Luino IT, Parco botanico del Gambarogno, Castelli di Bellinzona. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore. Hiking paths: Bolle di Magadino, Valle Verzasca, Vallemaggia. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
