Spacious and bright, comfortable and rustic furnishings: large kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table, open-hearth fireplace, radio and wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. On the lower ground floor: 1 large double bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), wood-burning stove. Exit to the garden. 1 small room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Wood heating. Solar power. Large terrace. Terrace furniture (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: not suitable for children under 8 years. Non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher. No internal connecting door between the floors. Note: Power is supplied by a solar panel. Stove, boiler and fridge are gas-operated. Electrical appliances over 250W can not be operated. The use of the access road to Malvaglia Valley is subject to a fee as follows: CHF 10.00/week. NL-00002113

Narrow mountain road 18 km from Malvaglia real time 45 minutes. Walking time from the parking to the house 7 minutes. The use of the access road to the Malvaglia Valley has become subject to a fee as follows: CHF 5.00/day CHF 10.00/week CHF 20.00/month. The toll machine is located in Caslou. Rustic single-family house "Rustico Catcüc", 1'600 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, detached, surrounded by meadows. Above Ticiàl, in the district Valle di Blenio, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, in the countryside. Private: natural state property, garden (not fenced). Patio, terrace, barbecue. Narrow motor access (mountain road). 500 m footpath to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 18 km, restaurant 5 km, bakery 18 km, bus stop "Malvaglia Orino 131/ 132" 7600 km, railway station "Biasca SBB-CFF" 25 km. Walking paths from the house 1 m, cable car 8 km. Nearby attractions: Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Mercato di Bellinzona, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Archivio Doneta, Castello di Serravalle. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Luzzone, Lago Retico, Lago Lugano, Lago Maggiore. Hiking paths: Val Malvaglia, Valle di Blenio, Campo Blenio, Nara. Please note: car recommended. Location Description Valle di Blenio

390 - 1'400 m a.s.l. >>The Blenio valley runs from Biasca to Lukmanier. Lukmanier pass is sometimes closed in winter. Note: only with winter equipment. Infos under the telephone number 163. Clean water, imposing mountains, a variety of flora, romantic chapels, valuable frescos, 3 museums, patrician houses and rural hamlets are typical characteristics of the valley. From Malvaglia cable car up to Dagro (1413 m), where there is a sunny terrace with a wonderful view of the entire valley. In Leontica, a chair lift leads to the 2123 m of the "Nara'" heights, ski area in winter. Located in alpine parklands, Campra is the best cross-country skiing area in Ticino. Restaurants and the typical Grotti Ticinesi in Biasca, Malvaglia, Semione, Ludiano and Dötra. Winter and Summer Resort. Summer holiday resort. Access: motorway A2 Basel - Chiasso, exit number 44 "Biasca".

Summer

Walking, hiking trekking, mountain bike routes and bathing. Guided tours, riding, canyoning, climbing and paragliding. Mountain lifts, cableways, children's hiking paths. Mountain bikes for hire.

Winter

In winter the valley Blenio is a must. Ski-region Nara/Campo Blenio/Campra. 2 chair lifts, 6 drag lifts, 1 children's ski lift. 10 ski runs in the ski region, length 60 km, snowboard slope, snow park. Children's ski school. Cross country ski tracks, winter walking paths. Further ski-regions: Airolo.

Die Hütte liegt in einer fantastischen Umgebung, einfach traumhaft. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Auch der Kontakt mit der Interhome-Mitarbeiterin vor Ort war sehr nett!

Deze typische berghut voor de streek is zo gelegen dat je haast niet rustiger en toch dichtbij wandelwegen kan zitten. Alle basisbehoeften zijn aanwezig in het eetgedeelte en de slaapkamer en badkamer zijn zeer mooi! Met het goede weer leef je eigenlijk constant buiten, op het terras met adembenemend uitzicht is het ronduit GENIETEN!! De natuurpracht die je hier kan gadeslaan is fantastisch, roofvogels, vlinders die op je hand komen zitten en niet meer wijken, bergmarmotten, ...

La maison est magnifique, tranquille, on a vraiment notre intimité, tout est bien aménagé, il y a une montée à pied de 10 minutes, mais ca va, il faut pas prévoir de monter des choses trop lourdes. La vue est superbe et il y a possibilité de faire des randonnées directement depuis la maison. Tous les systèmes (Gaz, panneaux solaires) ont très bien fonctionné. Nous avions des marmottes comme seuls voisins. Je dirais que la maison est un tout petit peu trop chère en comparaison à d'autres objets

Das einzige was gefehlt hat war etwas gegen die Fliegen, die dann auch haufenweise in der Küche waren. Beispielsweise eine „Fliegenfalle/Fliegenfänger“ oder auch einfach eine Fliegenklatsche.
