Private: natural state property with lawn. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 50 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road, mountain road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 10 km, restaurant 600 m, bakery 10 km, bicycle rental 10 km, bus stop "Campra Centro Nordico" 600 m, railway station "Biasca" 32.4 km. Das Haus liegt sehr schön und ruhig in der Natur. Nur wenig Autolärm von der Lukmanierautostrasse.

Das Haus trumpft mit seiner sensationellen Lage. Allerdings war es das dann leider auch bereits: -Sehr, sehr ringhörig -Halsbrecherische, schmale und steile Treppe -Betten/Matratzen teilweise sehr alt und unbequem -winzige Badezimmer -nicht funktionierende Steckdosen -Geschirrkorb Spülmaschine defekt -Abfalltourismus: Gebührensack muss von Mieter am Ende ins 9 km entfernte Olivone gebracht werden Preis - Leistung nicht gegeben!

Het is een nette woning. Inrichting is wel gedateerd. De tuin is inderdaad goed afgezet voor honden. Vanuit het huis kan je mooie wandelingen maken. Prachtige natuur. Helaas was het jachtseizoen, je voelde je soms niet prettig met wandelen. Advies was kleurrijke kleding aantrekken. Er werd bijna elke dag wel geschoten. In de omgeving is genoeg te zien of te doen.

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus weit oben am Berg, so dass es zu den Wanderwegen nicht weit ist. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Der offene Kamin und der Kaminofen sorgen für urgemütliche Abende. Einfach klasse!

Wer Ruhe, Erholung + Natur pur sucht ist das der perfekte Ort. Wir können dieses Domizil wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Der eingezäunte schöne Garten rund ums Haus (inkl. Gartenschlauch) bietet viel Platz für Hunde+Kinder. In der Nähe viele flache Spaziermöglichkeiten + vom Haus aus direkter Weg zum Fluss. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber + besitzt 2 Cheminees + ein Aussengrill. Die einzigen Nachbarn sind die herzlichen Besitzer, welche wir ins Herz geschlossen haben. Interhome war super

Das vollständig eingezäunte Haus steht mitten in der Natur, ein paar Kilometer südlich des Lukmanierpass. Wer Ruhe sucht und Berge mag, wird hier glücklich sein. Die Einrichtung im Haus und Garten ist mit vielen liebevollen Details ausgestattet. Herzlichen Dank!

Das Casa Felice ist sehr liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtet. Ein Urlaub mit 5 Personen ist vollkommen problemlos möglich. Die Ausstattung ist komplett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
